"Let's leave Lilith to rest in the uninhabited Wasteland where she belongs!" David you're too funny ! Thanks for stepping into the bazaar of best-selling novelties😂
There is no Scriptural evidence of lilith being Adam's first wife, but if you look up lilith (screech owl) in the Strong's Exhaustive Concordance, you'll see that she is a night spectre (disembodied spirit), or demon. A siren (screech owl), you might say. Many marvel and dc superheroes are modeled after lilith. Strong's Number - H3917 Hebrew: לילית Transliteration: lîylîyth Pronunciation: lee-leeth' Definition: From H3915; a night spectre: - screech owl. KJV Usage: screech owl (1x). Occurs: 1 In verses: 1
Wonderful teaching! I'm so glad you've tackled the issue, because I've always thought the Lilith story is nonsense. However, could you test about this? When I read Genesis this year, I suddenly realized Genesis 1 people are not Adam and Eve. In Chapter 1, Elohim made male and female after their image. Since cherubim look like animals and seraphim look like snakes in their original forms, I think the Elohim is God in three persons, not angels. Moreover, God in 3 persons had created everything from Day 1 to Day 6. In Chapter 2, it is not God in 3 persons who made Adam--it was God Yahweh. Yahweh made Adam, and then Eve. The specific person in the Trinity made Adam and Eve. When I see it that way, I could understand why Cain was worried about getting murdered by other people and how he was able to build cities. It was hidden from me because I had followed the conventional belief that it was a repeated account, one in general and the other in specific. This conventional belief made the Bible stories absurd. How could he be afraid of other people to kill him or how could he gather people to make cities, etc. Pastors have explained Adam and Eve had a lot more children so Cain married one of his sisters. That is a made up story! Should we not follow what the Bible says? It seems that Adam and Eve were made by Yehsuah for a special purpose.
Isaiah does not mention demons. The context of chapter 34 is wild animals. Isa 34:14 And the wild-cats shall meet with the jackals, and the satyr shall cry to his fellow; yea, the night-monster shall repose there, and shall find her a place of rest. There is no mention of any kind of evil spirits dwelling in this place. Only wild goats, thorns, pitch and brimstone. Now who is believing in myths.... and Walter Brueggemann?
My friend was talking about his hair turning white and something about strings and then he tried to conjure literal smells into my nose, such as his wife’s pheromones from the future. I’m scared for him.
Straight up a story of witchcraft... "...1Sa 15:23 For rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft, and stubbornness is as iniquity and idolatry. Because thou hast rejected the word of the LORD, he hath also rejected thee from being king..."
That story about Lilith was the dumbest thing ive ever heard and just proved itself to be unbiblical… but go on and continue to prove it wrong, this wont be hard.
she’s referred to as the “feminine side of evil.” Looking yet deeper, the concept of Lilith is really telling us much about a fault in the nature of the masculine side of humankind. She could even be seen as the one propelling man to fix himself, to recreate himself, to bring himself to his own 2.0
Amos 5:26 Authorized (King James) Version 26 But ye have borne the tabernacle of your Moloch and Chiun your images, the star of your god, which ye made to yourselves.
The Lilith 1.0 version relied on technology from the World of tohu That’s a world, previous to ours, built entirely on absolutes. Absolute light, absolute darkness, absolute kindness…and absolute harshness.
Interesting. I had never heard of lilith before. Kind of like lucifer (morning star) who shows up only once in a few translations of Isaiah 14:12 and then becomes the leader of his own religion (Luciferians), but is never even mentioned by Yeshua. If there aren’t two or more witnesses, I don’t believe it is worth debating.
The whole thing about lucifer is made up just as they take out of context in Isa about lilith. Satan is simply the adversary and that’s it. The context of Isa 14 speaks of a babylonian king. It’s one of the areas the translation from hebrew/aramaic was incorrect. As context is king and taking anything out of context is one of the many things that men are good at doing sadly. Hope this can pave a clearer understanding about these context.
Since they lived hundreds of years at this time, one possibility is the children who would be born. Even within our lifespans this could be a reality. Just a thought.
@@mikegyver3193 a fool is someone who asks a question then acts like they kno the answer. All you can do is insult but have absolutely nothing of substance to say.
@@colejackz can you answer me then, How is there dark deep frozen water in the universe, surrounded by the Spirit of God, before day one of creation? How and when did that water get there? You seem to talk a lot as if you knew something. Why don’t you just text me? Cowards call people names without calling them out.
Pray in the mighty name of Yeshua for protection instead. We clearly see how Jewish folklore (amulet included) works out anyway.. Peace and love to you. God bless.
There are two very different accounts in Genesis, two different events!! First account (day is a thousand years) men and women where created at the same time. Second account where YeHoVaH made Adam (ground) then after seeking a mate from outside Eden & could not find a suitable woman HE made Eve (not the Hebrew name) out of Adams rib. Make a list and see the differences of the two accounts they are NOT the same event.
Its the same account 🙄 Chapter 1 is a quick summary Chapter 2 is in more detail. Chapter one also is written to show the creation prophecy it has a purpose.
No, it's not the same account, as the accounts differ. Chapter one is YAH making mankind. He made man and woman (mankind) at the same time, out of the earth. Chapter two is YAH making Adam and Eve, specifically, which are the patriarch and matriarch of the Hebrew/Israelite bloodline. He made Adam first, and later made Eve, as Adams wife, from his own DNA (rib/helix curve). They're made on different days, even, if you read the accounts. Mankind was made on day six. Adam and Eve were made after Father YAH rested on Shabbath (the seventh day). "And Elohiym said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let 👉them👈 have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creeps upon the earth. So Elohiym created man in his own image, in the image of Elohiym created he him; 👉male and female created he them."👈 BERE'SHIYTH (GENESIS) 1:26-27 את CEPHER "And on the seventh day Elohiym ended his work which he had made; and he rested on the seventh day from all his work which he had made. And Yahuah Elohiym 👉formed the man of the dust of the ground,👈 and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and the man became a living soul. And Yahuah Elohiym said, 👉It is not good that the man should be alone; I will make him a help meet for him.👈 And Yahuah Elohiym caused a deep sleep to fall upon the man, and he slept: 👉and he took one of his ribs,👈 and closed up the flesh instead thereof; And the rib, which Yahuah Elohiym had taken from man, 👉made he a woman,👈 and brought her unto the man. And the man said, 👉This is now bone of my bones, and flesh of my flesh:👈 she shall be called Woman, 👉because she was taken out of Man."👈 BERE'SHIYTH (GENESIS) 2:2, 7, 18, 21-23 את CEPHER
@@colejackz Those Scriptures don't apply to the point I was making, which is that the accounts are different. No need to state verses where Adam is naming the animals etc. Shabbath Shalom friend.
It’s the original text that count, why are you so obsessed with KJV it’s relatively modern. Also things always get lost in translation any academic will tell you that.
LILTH is real but she’s not Adam’s ex wife but someone’s else’s.. someone greater 😏 I’ve seen her firsthand. The supreme God loves me and she is scared of him.
You're thinking of the Wisdom of Ben Sira (Sirach), which indeed is from second century BC and is part of the apocrypha. The Alphabet of Ben Sira is completely different.
There is some folklore that suggests the watchers had Lilith talk daughters of man into reproduction with the watchers..ie giants...see Enoch book of giants. I have no evidence tho..midnight ride mentions it.
Tikun, everything was balanced and harmonized in a holistic and relativistic system. Light was tempered with darkness and darkness with light. Kindness knew what it means to be harsh-and could even use that harshness if necessary to attain even greater kindness. As for Harshness, it lost its autonomous modality altogether, becoming no more than an adjunctive function to Kindness.
