I watched a few of your videos related to hydro power. I recommend you get a couple of inexpensive multimeters. Use one to measure voltage and the other to measure current (will need some sort of load). That tester you are using isn't telling you anything because it needs some minimum power to run itself. I know you understand that. Multimeters don't have that problem though. You could mount them to a board with some standard load testing setup. Maybe a switchable / adjustable load like some power resistors. Not sure... how do you test the power or a generator?
Really cool design dude, just wanted to add the prop might perform better with a little more weight so it can stay under the surface easier, seemed like it was bobbing up on ya a bit. But all in all awesome test, looking forward to binging your other videos lmao
I am honestly surprised a voltage and amperage reading was not obtainable with the generator setup you had in this video, seems like it was getting a decent amount of rotation...
