Man all I saw was people complaining "What if someone does something naughty" but this has such minor editing functionality that such a thing would be super hard to do, and it helps you adjust stuff just enough so it can fix some clipping issues. Like to see it. I know people can be immature but it does suck to act like everyone is doing something bad and punishing everyone for it. Honestly I might respect the complaint more if people were worried kids were just gonna mess with items so that they clip into avatars even worse, or max size everything to be obnoxious.
That means it's not working and thats what happens without the fast flags. However, I have a fix for that because it happened for me but I did some research and found how to make it work. You need to add another code in and it is FFlagAccessoryAdjustmentEnabled3 And it needs to be put on true then if you save it then it should work.

So a lot of people is saying that this didnt work, if you go into the devforum you can see some of the new adjustments you have to do for the fast flags
if its not working, its because you now have to add a new flag, here's the information about that flag so you can fix it: (Add Single) Name: FFlagAccessoryAdjustmentEnabled3 Value: true edit: now you have to put another flag on bloxstrap: (Add Single) Name: FFlagAccessoryAdjustmentEnabled4 Value: true now its supposed to work after you put the flag on bloxstrap
