I had a Chameleon but I couldn't hold it properly, my finger hit the cup. I had to send it back

It's a method I picked up over the years. I go quickly on the first couple of coats, it causes the paint dry quickly forming a sort of primer. Then I go slow on the final pass to get that wet coat

All purpose. I try to use all of my airbrushes frequently but I end up using the Badger Patriot 105 most often

I use two different ones. A Grex and an Iwata

The spray velocity is really low like the iwata micron - less spidering/surface blowback with thinned paints up close. There's an illustrator on youtube who measures air velocity from all airbrushes. It's a good airbrush in the right hands.

Well it depends on the brush. I do happen to not like the Hobby Mio at all. I had one briefly and sprayed a few different paints thru it and did not like the way it performed at all. But yes, most brand named airbrushes do perform much better than the rest

Do you mean a respirator?

I have orderd mine right after the Bossman presented it. But i live in Spain. Then Robert made that announcment that at some of them the cups did,nt fit. Sended them a e/mail to provide more costs for them and asked or they could check it out. With/inn 30 minutes i got a call from them the my order was ready to send and was all complete and checked. Tuesday i recived my package and i was surprized after i cleaned it a polished the needles how a good primer AB this is for large 1-24 skale reefer trailers i am building. What a nice Gun and with the larges cup i can prime 1 reefer trailer completly without filling up again. I am as happy as a kid with new rubber boots on a rainy day with this AB. Never thought that cheap could be that good and with a super service team behind it

I can't get my Patriot to spray at this level of detail using the smallest needle available for it. The nozzle assembly is completely different between the two.

Either enamels or lacquers will work. Mr Color is good to practice with because they cost under $3 a jar
