I need to try that sleep light I've been having so much trouble sleeping lately. My sleep schedule is a mess even if I try to go to sleep at a reasonable hour I can't fall asleep till 3am.

I have severe insomnia for years. I have to take prescription meds to sleep or would be up for days. So feel your pain . Sleep is life. Hope it gets better

It sounds like you are able to sleep it's just that the timing is off. Is that correct? Is it possible to adjust your medication to your new sleep schedule if you aren't able to adjust your sleep schedule? I work nights so my sleep schedule is bizarre according to others (even other night shift workers).

Would it be possible for more accurate captions to your videos? I can only access the autogenerated, my EDS has caused me to go deaf and I can’t hear your videos well! I’d love to be able to watch your videos, but the auto captions come up with some random stuff sometimes and don’t quite reflect your words exactly.

How does the central line adhesive tape work with mast cell activation? I have reactions to adhesive and having to get any sort of line is so scary because I'm afraid of the adhesive among other things. Currently I don't need any type of lines, but it's one of the things I'm afraid of having in the future.

I appreciate the video, however it would have been even better if it was more of a review on the light bulb rather than an update on medical conditions individualized to the specific person. Now I have to scroll through more videos to see if I can actually find a review that is going to go over more than just one night.

I feel like I’m watching my life and daughter. She also has severe insomnia. She doesn’t go to sleep until 5-5:30am. What’s the name of the liver medicine? We need that!!!!

For my liver, they did 4 rounds of Rituxan (because EBV in my bone marrow was flaring a condition called HLH), high dose steroids (which didn’t help much to be honest), changing my TPN lipids from Intralipid to Clinolipid, and Actigall. The most drastic improvements began after I started Actigall twice daily. It is intended to dissolve gallstones. However, they were using it to treat my liver disease because it helps the liver clear bile.

Hospital Princess · Cheyanne Perry thank you so much. My daughter has been tpn dependent for almost 6 years. Her liver numbers are starting to get in the scary range. We see two of her specialist this week and I’m going to bring it up. Congrats on your marriage. My daughter doesn’t think she’ll ever get married due to her myriad of illnesses. I’m trying to get her to plan for a future. She’s had a hard struggle like you. It must have been divine intervention that you showed up in my recommendations. I haven’t looked up any EDS videos or googled any EDS related meds or treatments lately. God bless and I hope you continue to live life in spite of the genes you were given. Much love❤️
