Why make two batches if we already know the combination will not give us good results. Make one batch that too in a small quantity. Just a suggestion 🤷
As a vegan, I use chickpeas dough for my cookies and pizza bread. Try baking them next time. It tastes really yum 😋 Don't eat the dough just like that 😂😂😂

Speaking bout the Gulabjamun Paratha, something similar in made in Maharashtra called as खव्याची पोळी in which खवा is java/khoya base of gulabjamun and पोळी is paratha, so basically khoye ka paratha, which is made using a stuffing by combining khoya and Cheeni and is served as a dessert with ghee. It tastes very awesome!

I feel you can replace chickpea cookie dough with Bengal gram cookie dough. It's used to make Saatu(sweet) so probably could work out on a cookie dough recipe.

i had a combination today evening which i love so much, its gulab jamun with vanilla icecream (idk if it sounds weird but yeah) u dont need to mix or something , just take a bite of gulabjamun and icecream in a spoon and have it.. it is good for those who are sweet tooth persons!😁 you can try that out 😄

Try leftover pedas ka Paratha. It's delish. The idea is not to use an odd ingredient because other 'routine' ingredients aren't available (as u mentioned)... Instead the idea is to use leftover odd ingredients and make s t. delish out of it. Do try peda stuffed Paratha and fry it in ghee. It's delish

In Bangladesh 🇧🇩, we have sweet dishes with Paratha or Roti for breakfast or evening snacks, As like paratha with Jilapi(Jalebi) or any other sweets. So, it's not weird at all. 😅

Try the gulab jamun paratha with mango achaar.. it tastes amazing!! In maharashtrian food there’s a dish called “khava chi poli” its technically the same as gulab jamun paratha!!
