I had a fiver Waitrose bag it was terrific : 5 sandwich. I packet cream cakes, 1box yum yum, 2museli yogurts, I packet ham, 1 curry, 1 packet vegan snack eggs, 2 Italian rolls, 1 packet chicken scewers, 1 large yogurt, 1packet of duck spring rolls
I got one yesterday from greggs! I got 1 tuna crunch baguette,1 chicken and salad sandwich,1 glazed donut,1 all butter croissant, 1 cheese and onion pastry and one fruit medley pot for £2.59 would highly recommend! Xx
Another time you get those cold sausage rolls just put them either in the oven or air fryer to heat them up and they should go crispy. Don't microwave them or they'll be soggy. You're so lucky to have a choice of too good to go places, where I live there's occasionally one Greggs, a Jack's which is a Tesco, odd times a carvery place but they're all a good ride away from us.
Had one from Greggs today, got a Vegan ham and cheese baguette, 4 sausage rolls, a box of yum yums, a box of jam donuts and a ham and egg salad sandwich 😋
Great video!! 😁I love the Too Good To Go app but honestly after today, my family and I have given up on the Costa Coffee bags from the Costa near us. Definitely a hit and miss. We have bought bags from there multiple times hoping to get a variety and try something new but we seem to end up with bean and cheese toasties every single time😂😂 I don't mind getting a bean and cheese toastie in a bag but we usually get multiple, today we got 3 and we have gotten 4 in a single bag before. 🤣The customers in this area must dislike them as much as we do.😂😂 The Gregg's bags are usually really good though- the chicken club baguette is awesome, my favourite as well.
Good job girl.. Im glad you also support this app Too good to go, Truly, I am a great fan and has helped my family too. Living in uk is expensive and I definately value these great deal.. God bless.
I love this hahaha!! Just an idea, if you ever don’t like anything or think anything will get wasted you could consider giving to some homeless people🥰 lots of love x
My area is still learning how to pack one of these bags. It's new for us in the Midwest of the US. I'm happy to have it at one chain, and I want it to go grow. I will keep getting them. It's like Christmas morning every time I open the bag! And yes, pineapple and pizza is yum! You could literally feed a family of 4 for dinner with these! So cheap
I have only came across this video because I recently started using Too Good To Go I’ve managed to get magic bags from a Vegan Food Store, Starbucks and from Muffin Break. All food from these bags were delicious I have been able to encourage my mum to download it and she’s bought her first magic bag from a Vegan Portuguese Place which sounds amazing
I only recently downloaded the app after a customer at work told me about it after I comment how nice her edamame salad bowl looked. I told my dad about it and a petrol station near us had some orders from Greggs going. We ordered a bag each, but my mum was put off by the idea. She changed her mind after seeing what we got in our bags. Steak bakes, cookies, donuts, ham salad baguettes. My dad was peeking in his bag, walking to the car. He couldn't wait and was like a little kid when he saw a corned beef bake. We're off again tomorrow to pick up an order after I finished work. It's differently going to be a regular thing with us. 🤩
whereabouts are you ? because there's sod all in my area just one carvery and the others are 5-9 miles away so add on petrol and traffic (coz they always sell off at 5ish) and its not really a good deal
i just picked one up from a warrens bakery and i got 1 doughnut, 1 long chocolate eclair biscuit thing, 1 chocolate caramel brownie cake, 1 crushed erin mess meringue, 1 beef patty pastry and 1 medium steak pasty for £4
I just got one from one stop paid £2 and got 3 packs of sausages reduced to 40p each bit gutted as I could of gone to the shop and saved 80p doesn’t sound a lot but you expect it to he at least more then the price you pay or is it just me haha.
I've only just started using the app. Haven't tried Costa/Starbucks/Greggs etc. But as i hate cheese i know for a fact that all sandwiches and savoury pastries i get they will be cheese. Loaded with cheese, guarantee it LOL
I get magic bags from our local Budgens, which are good to very good; from Morrisons (once, it was awful, with some food bad); a local specialty vegan cake shop - oh so good and booked one from a market stall - drove several miles and was told he’d forgotten to cancel! So very mixed experience. Hoping to try another local store soon.
@@--__--_-_ it was good, I got a bag of sweet potatoes, 2 cod loins, portion of broccoli, cauliflower and carrots, portion of peas, kale, tender stem broccoli, a walnut cake and the person who collected their magic bag before me didn’t drink milk so the passed on their milk to me. All in all it was much healthier than I’d have chosen but I did enjoy it.
Just had a Gregg's bag tonight. It was advertised at £8 originally and it cost me £2.95. i had 1 donut,1 corn beef bake and 1 chicken bite roll. It worked out at £5.25p full price so not the saving they advertised. Rubbish
i Been doing this a couple of months now and the next to worst one I got was Greggs. Having seen what they seem to give everyone else - the 2 jam no icing doughnuts and mexican chicken baguette in mine felt like a massive con/ Not even one single sausage roll or yum yum
I picked up my first Greggs (only my second TGTG bag) yesterday, and I got 2 doughnuts (jam and caramel custard), 4 sausage rolls, Mexican chicken flatbread, a smoky cajun rice with bbq chicken and sweetcorn fritters, and a pot of melon and grape. Greggs doesn't seem to show up much where I live, even though we have three of them very close to each other. I saw the bags come up and decided to grab one. It was only about an hour before the collection time.
There seems too much for one person. I use OLIO so could share on there but it needs refrigeration, so would be awkward. I like the idea of giving to homeless suggested below. Has anyone got any other suggestions?
There's a good chance your local places don't know of this app! Put notes into stores asking them to consider joining the app and see if you get a few more options!
@@shashanka3334 not too shabby! I got 2 peices of cake and a box of mac and cheese. Not a huge quantity but then it was all really nice stuff that I would definitely order so I'm not complaining. Unfortunately I am addicted. 2 more bags ordered for tomorrow 👀
Tried this app today for the first time and was very disappointed! Got less than the value of the bag price ! However your video makes me want to try again . This was from a petrol station maybe that’s why
I put this app on my phone a few weeks ago and keep checking everyday but everytime I go on every shop in my favourites always says sold out, load of crap lol, never seem to get lucky :/
You just need to keep checking. I have 3 Greggs and they don't seem to show up very often at all. I went on there randomly yesterday and saw one had 5 bags about an hour before the pickup time, so I grabbed one.
My daughter used the app for the 1st time yesterday. Bought 3 bags from the Co op. They cancelled on her as she got there. Now has to wait for her money via the app. Has anyone else had their pick up cancelled?
I was like OMG ! When I literally handed over the like money and was given a magic bag. It contained literally a sandwich which is like bread with a filling in between !
THIS IS A GREAT APP I UST GOT IT AND HAVE SAVED £89 IN A FIEW WEEKS AND IM SAVEING THE PLANT LUCKLY I HAVE A MORRISIONS AND A WITROS NEAR ME THAT USE IT SO I CAN GET TOP NOTCH FOOD FOR A COUPLE OF POUNDS GIVE IT A TRY
Yeah it’s a shame! It’s okay for vegetarians I find as long as you live with meat eaters, so I give my family bits I can’t eat! I do have a local vegan restaurant on the app though which is great!
