You should definitely have let the chocolate cool down before adding eggs to prevent the eggs from scrambling. And you should use good chocolate! The only thing you taste is the chocolate, so if you use baking chocolate it’s going to taste sad lol
No one should bake a chocolate cake with just eggs and chocolate. You need to do it with flour, butter, some sugar... A good cake needs time and not to be rushed! My grandfather worked as a baker and he told me, that good baked goods always need time.
Good tips! I’m not good at baking but for christmas my 3 year old son wanted us to bake something. We made something super simple and when we were about to melt the baking chocolate to have on top I discovered we had some better/finer chocolate left so we used that one instead. And let me tell you, it was the first time something I baked actually tasted so good that the family were fighting about the last piece lol. It made the biggest difference!
Jazzy could start her own show called: "Jazzy's 'attempted' cooking and comedy show" Thats basically what she's doing. Attempting cooking and mostly comedy.
With the Ice Chocolates, you need to mix some coconut oil in with the chocolate to create an "ice magic" type of mix. It'll then harden almost instantly when the ice touches it and gives a nice "crack" at the end.
With the jellies you might need to make concentrated jelly (way more gelatine sheets to water) to get a harder ball, and set the bottom part in pretty warm water to help release from the bottom. I wonder if you could fully dissolve some sugar into the water before adding the gelatin to give it some flavor and counteract the tart raspberries. With the cheesecake croissants, cut the pastry in half, and make a fake cheesecake mixture rather than using no bake box (2 blocks of softened cream cheese (you can use whipped cream cheese but you need more and it costs more), 1/4 to 1/2 c confectioners (powdered) sugar, and a half teaspoon of vanilla) and I would swirl the curd in with the cheesecake so you don't get a mouthful of curd.
love the hair! and for the chocolate filed with mouse, you probably should temper the chocolate before you dunk the ice form in. That way the chocolate when it cools turns nice and hard, and will not bend
Yeyyyy a new jazzy video, I've been watching your older videos all afternoon while cleaning as they always cheer me up. Hope you and nick are doing well xx
Thanks for the laugh!!! Snow day tomorrow and me and my son are up late watching this and cracking up at the chocolate and ice part 🤣🤣 You’re awesome!!
I just love ur video ❤ ur so down to earth and so relatable 😊 ur very much like me where things don’t go how u want them too and things fall and drop 😂 ❤
3 ingredients peanut butter cookies.1. Cup of peanut butter 2. one cup of suggerl 3.1 egg. Cook at 375 for 10 to 12 minutes. And they are actually very good
That was one hell of a chaotic video, not really having a proper intro, jazzy making a mess of the gelatine and the chocolate and throwing her spoon on the ground, making a mess of the croissant dough, forgetting what she set the timers for, forgetting to actually conclude the video, gotta love jazz 😂😂😂
Even if you weren’t the only one eating the treats I’m sure Nick doesn’t mind 😂. You two are after each other for the let the person in front of you order.
Not sure if anyone has said but the “jelly” is supposed to be made with a vegetable gel called agar-agar. Also the cream cheese you used isn’t actual cheese so it doesn’t hold up well in oven. The milk made the bread soggy. If you substitute actual cream cheese with a bit of sugar you will get better results.
I could be wrong, but couldnt you jidt pour a thin layer of chocolate in tbe mold you used for the ice, stick it in the freezer snd let it harden then pop it out? Maybe it woukd break but idk 😭
If there was a video for people to watch to show what ADHD looks like in women this is it 😂😂 no hate, I know Jaz has mentioned being ADHD before and I'm exactly the same as in this video so it did make me chuckle 😂
I believe water and chocolate don't go together they repel each other the white chocolate is not real chocolate so that's why it work better what you can do is pour the chocolate in the mold and pour to the extra chocolate out so it hollow
Don't you have Jello in England ? I feel like prepackaged sweetened jelly powder would have made better balls. Less water for harder balls. Look up finger Jello recipes. That is a recipe to make the Jello set extra firm and can be picked up and eaten with your fingers. We made it when we were kids.❤
The issue with the chocolate not working for you was nothing to do with your skill level it's to do with the fact that the video is fake and it doesn't work that way. How to cook that has debunked videos like that one before.
The stupidest thing about the ice chocolate mould 'trick' is that if you already have the mould to make the ice shape, you can just use the mould to make the chocolate shell... 😂
