Yes! Keep more phone skin in!!! That way we can REALLY see how it would probably sit on OUR, non studio lights, skin! 😻 it’s more realistic and therefore more reliable/relatable.

A little tip is to set your primer with powder first before applying foundation or concealer, we’re told to not powder before creams and liquids but it’s a professional industry technique used by celebrity Mua’s. I use it myself as my t zone especially my nose and Cupid’s bow always rejects makeup and this hack saved my life.

Last night I was feeling melancholic, and having a good cry for myself , and as I was wiping my tears, and blowing my nose, I stumbled upon your videos. You are incredible....Your quick witt and humor turned my tears into laughter.....and loud laughter ....the kind that comes from your belly! It was truly what I needed! Today I have been watching your videos, thoroughly enjoying them of course, and I came across the video where you used your moms cosmetics from her makeup bag on yourself first, and then you glammed up your Mom.I truly enjoyed the dialog between you two, anx it's a beautiful thing to see now a days! She's wonderful just like you! Im 61 yrs young....maybe some day you could do a video on more mature women's faces? (Im older than your Mom), I would love to watch and see your suggestions and tips on putting cosmetics on more mature skin...i.e....wrinkly skin, enlarged pores, pigmentation...which has now become very challenging for me...It would be wonderful if someday you could show us older women what you would suggest for us, along with some "do's and dont's" of mature skin makeup application. A lot of us also have to resort to buying drug store cosmetics, being on fixed incomes, being more practical and realistic, so we can still glam ourselves up too! i got a bottle like a week ago when i decided randomly to go to sephora, and, no joke, i wear it even when i dont have to go out. personally, my only complaint is the packaging and the face that the product itself isnt really a consistency that i like - feels very greasy in my hand, but when its on my face i dont not like it. but maybe thats just my bottle since i havent seen anyone else complain lol

I’m eyeing up that new Nars foundation when it comes to the UK. You definitely need a lighter colour lol, but it looks stunning anyway. I’m usually Mont Blanc and by the looks of it will be in the new one too as it’s very light with a neutral undertone. Here’s hoping!!! I’ve heard really good things xx

Nars shades are a struggle for real! I’m so glad it’s not just me. I wish they would release more shades. I love their foundation formulas but the color matches are just not it. It’s weird how the shades slightly vary from different formulas even though it’s the same name. I wish it was universal across the board. Like if you’re punjab, you’re punjab across the board. Not punjab in soft matte but Santa Fe in luminous and Vienna in a different one. I have 3 different shades for all their foundations. Like makeup forever I am the same shade across 4 different foundations. They may vary slightly but not the variance amongst nars shades. They also have a Ton more shades.

I have issues color matching Nars foundation products too. Their shade finder doesn’t help either. I always end up with yellow skin even when the shade description states it has a rosy undertone. Lies🤣 The L’Oréal eyeliner is amazing. It’s so waterproof, I can’t find any other eyeliner that is that waterproof. I used it for my daughter’s Halloween makeup Halloween of 2020. She wanted a spider drawn on her cheek and I used that. It was still on her face two days later! I had to use a balm makeup remover to get it completed off. Drugstore liquid eyeliner pens are always the best.
The freckles are soo cuutte🥺 I've been eyeing the Nars liquid blush for some time now, especially after I bought the Orgasm On The Beach palette, which is simply gorgeous and way better quality than the single blushes by Nars. Let's see what you think of it, because we're kinda on the same wave length when it comes to products.
Manny let me just say… I’m currently 6 months pregnant and I have struggled SO much with my mental health during this pregnancy.
