The reason the powder snow leather boot zombie one worked is because if the player wear ANY piece of leather armor then you don’t take powder snow damage

I knew it was difficult and I thought there was no way to kill and Enderman via arrow because it kept teleporting, but apparently, I guess it's coded in that even if an Enderman can't move, it can't be damaged by an arrow.

Eystreem u can go in the powdered snow with leather boots by being on top of it and crouching and because the leather boots are keeping you warm you don't take damage since zombies can't crouch hence can't go in it. But the warmth applies to the zombie
