the tip about the oil soaking is something I wish more people knew. I generally thought it'd just cook weird so I always add into hot oil instead of cold but the amount of people I've seen add it into cold oil even after my explanation of it cooking unevenly.

Ground beef is always supposed to be well done since the bacteria that’s usually killed when you cook it is ungrounded, but since it’s grounded the bacteria is mixed all in the meat, so cooking it well done kills the bacteria and makes you less likely to get sick 👍
