If you dunk your cooked potatoes in ice water until they're just warm, the skin will come off super easy. And your putting it in the air fryer and it'll heat up again. Or you can even leave the skin on and carve out the middle. Potato skins are flavorful and have lots of nutrients. Especially the kind you have there.

Tina, you're such a breath of fresh air.. Keeping it very real as to how working moms do it...but you still make it fun! I love how you just own it, and accept it.. And it makes it "it is, what it is", yet fun. There are indeed still lighter and fun moments with being a working mom. 💕

Pancake Spaghetti (called flädle in south germany) are way easier to make when you just make a thin pancake/crepe, roll it up and slice it into thin stripes. After cutting you can toss them back into the pan to heat up. If you use a neutral dough (not sweet not salty) you can also toss the „spaghetti“ into broth. Itˋs delicious.

For the spaghetti pancake, maybe you can use those squeeze bottles with 3 small nozzles. In Malaysia, we use them for roti jala, basically a stringy pancake 🤣

I'm definitely going to try the potato recipe. it looked so good! when I make a Korean breakfast sandwich , I add green onion to the cabbage/carrrots plus some fruit jam on the 🍞 . so its sweet and savory

Hey Tina! In Germany we often peel hot, cooked potatoes. Just stab a fork in the potato and peel it with a short knife :) works great!

For the spaghetti pancakes, you could make slightly thicker crepes, roll them up and then cut dem into stripes. In Austria this is then called "Frittaten" and you can add them, when you make the dough savory, to a soup, called "Frittatensuppe", which is very delicious😋

Those are lesser cheese rolls. You need proper Southland style with evaporated milk or reduced cream, onion soup mix, and the cheese combined before being rolled in the bread. Absolute classic.

The Spaghetti pancakes are actually called "Flädles/Frittate" and are used in soups in Austria and Switzerland. You can also find them in Germany, but we use them in different ways than just soups.

I'm Indian and we make a sweet treat called Jalebi. We use a bottle that you'd put sauces such as ketchup in, to pipe out the shape. And i think that method would work perfect for the spaghetti pancakes!

In germany there is a common method to peal potatoes! You put them direktly under cold water, then you make a cut downwards and then you peel it off with the blunt side of the knife :)

For the spaghetti pancakes you should've used a squeeze bottle like the pancake artists that were viral a few years ago did. And cook it super slow so you'd have the time to both make the line and flip them without it burning.

I love your recipe videos. I actually make some of them. So far my fave has been the whipped lemonade from the last recipe video you made. 😋 That was goooood! May favorite way to make pancakes is actually to a bit more water than needed to make a runny batter then pour it evenly in a thin layer in the pan and make it like a crepe. Just top it with stuff, roll it and eat it like a burrito. It's not bready at all and gives a more evenly distributed amount of toppings in every bite. 😋 You're welcome.haha! Love your guy's tandem.

You need some tongs, girl! There are a few different types that help with bigger or smaller flipping. And for the spaghetti pancakes, I would use a squeeze bottle with thin tip.

You should try the toast, bacon and egg cups their delicious, you put a slice of buttered bread in a muffin tray, lay some bacon over that and crack in an egg then cook till done but still runny, delicious and honestly quicker and less messy than expected
