The dough is quite different. Biscuits are very easy to make from scratch. Perhaps a cooking video idea? 😉 There are recipes all over the internet (for the grilled pizza pockets, don't use a "sweet" biscuit recipe).

Those “scrambled pancakes” 😂 are quite literally Austrian “Kaiserschmarren”(sometimes has raisins 🥴). (It gets served on massive plates like the massive plates of paella you see in Spain at the markets.) Literally so good, but if it is actual Kaiserschmarren it can and should be quite gooey in the middle of the bits 😇but you did a very, veeerrrry great job on the scrambling technique of the “ make-shift” Kaiserschmarren 👏👏👏 Love ya🫶❤️

Biscuits and gravy, yes! Absolute comfort food. Make sure to make sausage gravy to go with your biscuits. Also cream chipped beef, or SOS as some people say is mine and my daughters favorite brekky! We eat ours over toast. Both are delicious!! Also, if the biscuits don't make the flight, you could make quick biscuits using bisquik mix, drop them on a sheet pan and bake! Yummy and simple!

I need to make my pancakes gluten and egg free, so I use ground flax "eggs" and rice flour. They always stick to the pan, no matter what I do. After watching this, I tried the scrambled pancakes and it worked awesome! It didn't stick at all, was cooked all the way through, and I love that you can throw them in a bowl and put maple syrup on them, stir them up, and have all of it coated in the syrup. 😍

Biscuits are not scones. Biscuits are savory and yes pair with white gravy with country sausage, or w brown gravy. I am born and raised in the south so this is a staple.

You should of got a large George for nan grill. We literally use it every night. Garlic bread, sausages, chicken, springs rolls, panini, grilled tomorrows and onions, grilled mash, battered fish. I love the grill!!! And with the cost of living… it only uses electric so cheaper to run

Biscuits and gravy are amazing! Especially with sausage gravy and an egg over medium on top! Biscuits are not anything like scones. They're softer, buttery and leans more towards salty vs sweet. They're so good!

Biscuits are fluffy and flakey is the best way I can think to explain it. Some are more dense and some are light, hope this helps some 🤣🤣 I lovee a good sweet potato biscuit with country ham for breakfast !! 😊

The biscuit dough was likely out of convenience because most people are more likely to have biscuit dough than pizza dough in their fridge in the US. I would just suggest rolling it thinner to give it a chance to cook more

Biscuits and gravy is SO good, but those canned biscuits are terrifying to open. I usually spend a good minute panicking before I can get it open. They def wont last on the flight, probably wont even let her take them on cause of the popping issue. Saw someone else said its very easy to make home made. Sure is! You'd probably want to look for a buttermilk biscuit recipe or just search for biscuits and gravy and thatll most likely tell you what you need!

For homemade biscuits, l suggest you try Bisquick. It’s all the dry ingredients needed for biscuits, pancakes, waffles,etc. hopefully you’ll be able find it cause I think you’ll LOVE the results

Maybe you can try the "pizza" in the grill thing with a wrap 🌯 as the doug 💡 I use them all the time to make myself an "healthier" pizza and they work really well in a grill too 😁

Biscuits in a can won't make it over to you. They will explode. Biscuits are easy to make, though. You should try them! US southerner here and I love a fresh biscuit with a vine ripened tomato, salt and pepper. 😋 I'm not a fan of white gravy or sausage gravy, which is what my family makes when they have biscuits and gravy, so I go for the fresh tomato slice or country ham. Also, we have pizza dough in the can, as well. LOL Not a fan of it.

Oh Jazzy that pan!!! It stuck because it’s scratched. Toss that one and get a new one plz!!! Biscuits and gravy are the best. But you need good biscuits n good sausage gravy. Both are super easy. Find self rising flour biscuits. I did the cucumber n lox!!! So so good cream cheese spread better at room temp. I hadn’t seen this before you. So thx so much. Pizza dough has yeast, biscuits don’t.

We are originally from Hastings and have lived in Oklahoma since 1980, I don't think the biscuits in a can will survive the flight. Tell her to get some Bisquick and make them yourselves.

Biscuits and gravy is amazing, I prefer creamed chipped beef gravy over biscuits or toast. I do believe pizza dough is different than biscuit dough. For your fish question, I am not a seafood or fish person however I do like a breaded Tilapia it doesn’t have that “fishy” taste of u know what I mean. Love your videos!

The dough is very different from eachother. And unfortunately I very seriously doubt canned biscuits is going to make that flight. Not unless it's packed in dry ice. That might work but idk.

Pizza dough uses yeast for a raising agent, biscuits use baking powder/bicarb soda........they cook totally differently. The pizza dough would work if you rolled it VERY thinly but I think you'd find the rest of your ingredients bleeding through as it pressed. You'd be better off making a quick scone dough, biggest difference between scones and biscuits is that with biscuits the fat isnt rubbed right into the flour the way it is with scones......but you'd still get the same basic effect with scone dough.

Make some biscuits from scratch. Way better. As far as similarity to pizza dough it depends. There are different kinds of canned biscuits. Some are flaky. Some are biscuity. Some are close to canned pizza dough. But for trying biscuits for the first time I think you should bake some. I'm sure many of us could send you recipes. My mom makes tomatoe gravy for biscuits and gravy. And we eat a fried egg and bacon with it. Some people where I live now do biscuits and chocolate gravy. And of course there is the classic sausage gravy and biscuits.

Actually you are 100 years off. It was invented in Austria in the late 1800’s to an Austrian Emperor Francis Joseph I.

You definitely should of fried your pancake scramble longer. I would of browned it more. Pancakes come out pretty toasted. May help next time

I'm from Texas and though biscuits and gravy are popular I hate the gravy it's a white gravy just cream butter flour and usually pepper sometimes a bit of cream cheese then they often add cooked ground up sausage or hamburger, what you call mince. Yuck. Now biscuits are awesome and a bit like a scone but fuller and fluffier

Friendly famous encounter! George Foreman lives near me. It seems like yesterday, but I totally saw him at the mall walking right past me with one of his kids on his shoulders. It was at Sears which no longer exists at that mall. But everyone was saying, “Hi George! Happy Holidays!” He was so nice and gracious even with his kids in tow. He even responded directly to me. Great family man. I used the grill in college maybe 3 times lol.

Biscuits and gravy are a staple. Also, my favs are chocolate gravy and regular country gravy. Trout is my favorite fish. Its more mild than salmon(not a huge fan of myself) but its super flaky and buttery.

Google, Buttermilk biscuits and just make them at home. Also, they are very basic ingredients, and baking is science, please don't deviate from the recipe, it can drastically change the outcome of the biscuit. I'm almost certain that Sainsburys has Buttermilk. If not, add about 1 teaspoon of lemon juice or vinegar to a one cup measure and then fill that measure with milk, allow a minute to activate, then you've got buttermilk.

Biscuts and pizza dough are very different. Might even try frozen dinner rolls if those are available to you. I want to try the cucumber, cream cheese, salmon roll but i've only ever had salmon patties. Is the salmon cooked? Does it come in slices like that? It looks so delish.

Idk how I'm just discovering u and ur channel but I've seen a a few now and just wanted to tell u how awesome u are! Ur so adorable and pretty and I love ur accent! Subscribed and going to binge ur vids! Great work and u just wait ..u will soon be addicted to that air fryer and u will only use ur oven for stuff that won't fit in the air fryer. It's pretty much just a small oven. Like the best microwave and the best oven had a baby and the baby is the air fryer. I've been using air fryers for years I've tried several and even the crappiest air fryer is great lol I've not used my oven in prob two years I have an air fry oven now with multiple shelves/racks and I just love it

Yeah I’m from South Mississippi so I haven’t had that many kinds of fish but I’ve had catfish and I like that blackened and Fried and I like bass blackened and Fried Ps. I live in a family of six so we don’t have the money to get any other fish because they’re all kind of expensive it’s not that we don’t have them down here

I think that the pancakes would be good for a child who will pick up and eat. Or they could be good for a person with motor skills issues who doesn't trust themselves to cut the pancakes. I agree with the other comments that biscuits wouldn't make the flight. However you could pinterest the recipe for biscuits.

So I home make biscuits and gravy all the time. It is fantastic. We used to get them from restaurants and now I just make them from home since I learned during quarantine. It is fantastic. Is it healthy absolutely not. But it is so good. If you ever want a good recipe let me know.

Biscuit from a can is nothing like a scone...homemade biscuits are very similar, just without sugar and typically made with buttermilk. As a girl in the south, real biscuits and sausage gravy is a must try if you can

Pizza dough is more dense than biscuits. Biscuits are quite “airy” so I think you’d get better results with them. Also, does anyone know, is Cherries only a UK thing or can we in the US use it also?

Biscuits and gravy are like heavenly. You have to have your friend make it a proper sausage gravy though because that is what goes on biscuits. And scones area very different kind of pastry to biscuits. As or a fish preference Im not big on seafood unless it is battered and fried. The best fish to be battered and fried is catfish.

Biscuits and gravy is so good you use sausage then after your sausage is cooked yeah mix in it if you mix up a flour in your pan and let it brown then you throw it over your sausage and then you mix that all up with your sausage then after you and have your biscuits baking while you're doing that making the gravy and then once your biscuits are done you just scoop it onto your biscuits is really really good my daughter-in-law makes it and hers is the best cuz she makes homemade brown gravy for it

My babysitter used to always catch eel and smoke it himself so we could eat it. Also he used to go to the fishmarket with me when I was little. I love love love fish! (All seafood) I even prefer it over normal meat!

Biscuits with sausage gravy over it is great, try it. Don't add salt, sausage has enough salt in it. Add pepper.
