Sir, I accidentally punched a lead window and had a cut in my finger. Not not found any lead inside my skin .but a small lead was pinned in my skin that I pulled out without getting blood. What should I do. But I got a cut and blood in my finger. should I take tetanus shot

Hello experts, I have question regarding fatty acids please. Is it true that the fatty acid c16 palmitic acid, found predominantly in ghee or butter, can cause constipation and Is hard to digest? I appreciate every Tipp and help, thank you very much

I hope you don't mind sharing my thoughts on this. Saturated fatty acids (including palmitic acid) are redundant in our diet, it's found in meat, fruits, oils and as you mentioned dairy products. They are needed for our body and in fact our bodies makes them when they want to store energy (i once heard that the body can synthesize fatty acid chains up to 16 carbons length so c16 palmitic acid is included). To get to the point you can hardly consider it as a causative agent for constipation unless your diet is mainly consistent of fatty foods so in this context the main reason for constipation will be lack of recommended daily fiber intake. Moreover, the intestines deals with all fats as single entity meaning there is no specific receptors for specific types of fats, so they are assembled in vesicles to be distributed to the body. Bottom line, if c16 were to cause constipation than all remaining consumed fatty acids would do so as well :)

@@waelfadlallah8939 at First, thank you very much for taking your time and responding to my comment, I really appreciate this. I was diagnosed with enteric neuropathy and severe motility disorder in the small intestine, no phase three activity and slow transit constipation due to nerve damage. My gut basically stopped working, especially the small intestine. I can’t eat fiber, at all, zero. I don’t have a dietitian because my disease is that complex and rare and my doctors just said Take prucaloprid and laxative and see what you can eat. No, I want to educate myself as much as possible that’s why I’m here, in a field where I don’t have a clue but I’m learning. I want to know what fats are the easiest and fastest to digest for my small intestine and which fats requires the least effort of digestion. I’m totally lost because of all the conflicting information. Some say saturated fats are easy to digest because they are short chain and water soluble, some say long chain fatty acids like olive oil are easy to digest and saturated fats are hard to digest!? It so confusing. If you can tell me which fats in which order are very easy to digest, besides MCT oil, and why that I understand it, I would really appreciate this. I’m thankful for every help, Tipp and suggestion. Thank you very much

@@helmutkrusemann9194 since you have this rare case it's more advisable to consult a specialist who is known to treat similar disorders. In my humble opinion, i am not sure if there is distinction between types of fats in terms of which are easily digested and which are not. That said, consumption of fats from natural sources in moderate amounts seems to be the right thing to do. Another point to mention, when consuming any type of food that contain fat, this fat contains a wide range of saturated and unsaturated, long and short chain fatty acids with different ratios, so to isolate a single form from all that mixture is not possible.

If the release of the light chain A part of the toxin happens after changes happen to the endosome due to exposure to the acidic cytosole why doesn't the toxin released inside the soma of the motor? 😊
