Glad the helicopter was not for you. Nice catches in that beautiful lake. Awesome to see the deer and the buck too. Lots of lakes and fishing in this section. I see you are ready for the bear with your bear spray hanging on your pack. Cute little cuddly Winnie the Pooh! So awesome. Great trip. Well done. Have a great day.

I was having my coffee when that chopper came rolling over my camp! It brought back some memories of my buddy’s evac in the Uintas. Lake Solitude completed my Cutthroat slam by finally landing Yellowstone Cutthroat! That last one was a dandy! There was bear scat at Holly Lake so I knew they were around. Just didn’t expect to see one sticking out on the trail. It’s like I’ve been taught, give them space, they move on. There were a lot of berries in that section, so I’m not surprised I ran into one there. I had a really great time on this trail! The Teton’s are special and I’m glad I got to experience them! Thanks for watching!

Just such a beauty of an area!! Great catching and good views too!! Yikes, one has to be careful going around those corners of the trail!! I'd certainly agree, it was an amazing adventure!!

Thank you so much! This was so good for me and my lifelong pursuit of healthy mind, body, and soul. I can see why everyone says the Tetons have a special kind of energy! I felt it for sure! No shortage of “Wow Factor!” I was hoping to avoid those pesky bruins on trail and had only seen scat the day before. Luckily for me, this guy didn’t really seem to want anything to do with me! Live to hike another day! 😁 I really appreciate your comments and thank you so much for watching! 🙏

the footage of S&R is a good reason to ALWAYS CARRY AN 'ACTIVATED" PLB (Personal Locator Beacon). David Paulides Missing 411 - CanAmMissing Project on here - stresses the PLB. Also never hike alone ! and carry a firearm, Bear spray won't stop a grizzly.

Such an amazing place! What equipment did you use for your videos? I'm planning on taking my iPhone15, GoPro Hero 9, and might take my Canon M50 but i'm not sure i need to with the quality iPhone can do these days.

Thank you! I took my iPhone 13 Pro and shot in 4K and RAW. I do not take my DSLR on thru hikes like this because of the battery logistics that you would have to deal with on trail. On all of my other backpacking trips, I take my DSLR with me. If you are just looking to shoot video and take pictures iPhones these days really will cover what you need and help you save weight while you are on trail. Good luck on your adventure!
