Late comment but yeah.. Makes me sad as they did not know. I think that may make the other players who were salty more salty and those that weren't made salty.
Imagine trying your hardest at Tetris, in the zone, everything you’ve got behind it, and then end up getting dunked by the guy who’s doing all that and placing to the beat simultaneously...
It’s only possible due to how the SRS checks weather or not a pice can or cannot rotate into certain positions SRS stands for super rotation system and is used in modern Tetris games
Dude not being funny I think this has got to be the best Tetris player ever because he’s doing this to the beat imagine what he could do if he was just trying to win
I also really got rhythm heaven vibes from the extra fast three in a row. It's kind of like the game where you're a bird poking the ground or something. (ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-ysa7BtXQdyM.html)
@@Xenshi. "Earlier this morning, a man by the name of Doremy convicted manslaughter with a body count in the thousands. How did he kill so many people you may ask? He used their bodies as tetrominoes. If the intense stretching didn't kill them, it was being vaporized when a whole row was filled."
@@vaz123 Welllllllll to explain the first one, imagine seeing someone just playing Tetris 99 and watching as their fingers seemingly distort in inhuman ways. Folding in and flipping around to spin the blocks, move them, and banish them to the bottom of the board. The second and third one explain a conversation (seemingly through Doremy and a store officiant), where D is confused while SO is telling him that he's scaring everyone while D shoots back that no one is here. D then explains to the SO that he played Tetris so hard, that the store clients turned into tetrominoes and he vaporized them all. My comment then follows up with a news report explaining the death behind the store shoppers. Hope that helps!
the best part about this is the CHEEKINESS in the moves it’s not just about playing to the beat, even as the song changes and the tempo increases. it’s not just about winning the game. it’s about all those little extra moments-making the blocks dance, timing the T Spins to match to the percussion, slowly but surely KO’ing each opponent in a graceful and methodical dance of death that they can’t even see. Sun Tzu did not know what he was talking about. THIS is the Art of War.
If fighting is sure to result in victory then you must fight. Sun Tzu said that, and i say he know a little more about fighting than you do pal because he invented it! Red TF2 Soldier.
Vicky Puls very fair! If anyone knows the pronouns of Doremy and if I messed them up let me know and I’ll fix them! I still think an ungodly amount about the skill executed in this video and would like to be as respectful as possible if I can :,)
@@ahuman9587i HATE packing pests 2. Like, not only do you make me learn a new offbeat pattern, but you give me a REVERSED offbeat pattern to go with it! AND increase the tempo!
@ no, a t-spin or “move” isn’t to fix a mistake, it’s to get the piece into a place that it normally wouldn’t be able to fit in, and it’s usually set up on purpose
@@rubenvirtic1482 Could happen to me. The firdt time playing I had no idea how that whole targeting stuff worked and just fucked up the whole game XD I was able to become 1st once though! No idea how but the players probably werent that good. Wasnt a tournamemt either.

Those setups are insane, especially at that speed. I'm not that great at setting them up, but I've done a lot of t-spin doubles and a few t-spin triples, tons of fun. I was so excited when I learned about them a few months ago (when I downloaded tetris on my phone and started getting better at it)
I won't lie, at first I really thought it was a bot doing this, but seeing the occasional hesitations and flairs of style thrown in really imply that a human is playing this, it is incredible what you can do if you put your mind to it
This is overall impressive. The parts where it fits so perfect to the music and the spins with the T blocks, this is purely insane and amazing. And you still keep it going even when it gets faster. You're a legend, I must say, I can't believe my eyes. This is too much and- boy oh boy did this please me! The fact you kept it going for so long is just outstanding, and you get multiple T-Spins and Tetris', wow, this is just too awesome! There are some times when it's offbeat or there are mistakes, but this is too cool! And it keeps getting faster and you keep going, wow. Just wow! There's not much else I can even say at this point, you're too legendary to be defeated in Tetris! And it's all to the beat of the music too! The fact you kept going until the end and finished the job, holy cardboard this was awesome! Incredible job!!! 👏🏻
@@dylan10182000 Kind of, it just has fancy sound effects when you move a tetromino from what I've seen, & a function that doesn't delete cleared lines while active & gives extra points. I've only seen "Journey Mode" so I might be wrong.
@@ambersummer22 They do, but it's not like you're hitting notes like in DDR, osu!, Cytus, or some other rythym game. The sounds are made to fit into the music no matter when they're triggered, it's pretty cool.
Anyone else feel bad for the guy in second The poor guy gets destroyed by a man literally playing TO THE BEAT edit: thanks for the reddit gold edit 2: thanks for the reddit platinum
*Mere mortal:* sees the misdrop @6:32 and expects an easy T-Spin setup to fix it... wait... how could a T piece possibly fit there? *Doremy:* Uh, good sir, that's an easy *L-SPIN* setup - fixed that for you! ;)
Slayer-asp- I’ve done an I spin before and they’re pretty easy just set up a 4 hole with an opening to where the I can go in but flat and switch Of course you won’t get a T-spin bonus
