Hey everyone, just wanted to thank you again for all the great feedback in this series. I've never had this much fun with a CVerse company, and this was one of my favorite shows I've booked in any save (minus the technical issues mentioned in the video haha). Enjoy!

Damn I was waiting this like it's Wrestlemania Fantastic show, the return of Cornell is huge, it's fantastic that you got to sign him this early in the save ! There's a lot of stuff to write with his relation to Hawkins, I can't wait to see what you have in store. Matt Keith coming in is fantastic news too, booking him and Greg together has always been a blast. Great show, as always, I'm really excited what's coming for the new season, lots of openings. I'm especially curious in seeing where Jay Chord go from there and what babyfaces are gonna step up to Hawkins, apart from Gilmore.

Glad you enjoyed it! I knew when I started the save that we'd sign him eventually, but I didn't think it would be before the first Total Mayhem haha. I also knew we'd pay a ridiculous amount of money for him, yet the price really didn't matter. Bringing him back was the obvious choice! There's plenty of fun storylines to work with moving forward. Appreciate you watching as always!

Joshua Taylor gets a 69: what a screw up, hate him, disappointing, terrible. Edd stone gets a 69: so happy, great job from these guys. Justice for Joshua Taylor lol

Edd Stone is such a screw up that we welcome a 69 rating….is something Greg Gauge would say about him haha. As you’ll see from the technical issues, there’s justice for Taylor in the final rating!

4 years and 9 months from the last time Tommy Cornell was in a TCW ring, he's back! Only missed 1 prediction, being the Peak vs Mo. Technically got the battle royal correct since Keith debuted earlier in the show, he was no longer a debutant, while The Zim was lol. Also love that I pointed out Tommy and Wolf's relationship as being similar to Wolf and Youngman's relationship. Never thought Cornell would've come back. Really excellent show. I'd really curious what the plans are with Tommy and Wolf. Syndicate is starting to feel a bit like evolution. Wolf as the singles and maybe Cornell and Youngman go after the tag team belts a la Ric and big Dave back in the day? Could see Wolf going to Tommy and reminiscing over his days under the learning tree and asking him to do the same for Youngman. Also as a long time SWF player, I've always loved the dream match of Cornell and Gilmore. I imagine Cornell is also in decline since he's 44, but that would still be a dream match. Maybe Bach gets the immediate challenge while Gilmore has to go through the Syndicate to get his challenge? Where does Huggins and Hocking's relationship go after Huggins' disappointing loss and Hocking's great showing in the BR? Does Huggins feel like Hocking is trying to outshine him? Huggins is so damn good man. He's always reminded me of a Miz like heel, but a little sleazier if that makes sense. Never feels like a credible threat in the ring, but he's so good he's always there and his character and mic work make you wanna see him get his ass kicked. Can't wait to hear him bitch and moan about this loss! What Joshua Taylor do now? Always looks good until the big match, and then can't get it done. Getting Sami Zayn NXT vibes before he finally won and held the belt for I think it was a month before KO debuted and powerbombed his ass on the apron as soon as he won it. At least that's how my mind is remembering it! Meanwhile TBone at just 30 years of age is the first guy with the International title in a year. Gonna be interesting to see how his reign goes and watch him blossom into what I assume will be a main event talent by this time next year. Feel like ZWB is gonna be the guy to take the belt off him once he establishes himself in the company. Wolf having the belt is kinda gonna keep him out of the main event scene, as I'm pretty sure he's (Zim) a heel. Curious what happens with the Sinner's Society. Always love Eddie Peak in earlier versions, as I'm quite fond of having a dominant monster heel and Eddie is particularly brutal, so it made it all the better in prior versions of the game when he wasn't so old. With the Behemoths winning, they still have some momentum and I doubt the team turns face, but their leader just lost while they had a fairly dominant victory. And Eddie wasn't there. Do they still acknowledge Eddie Peak as their High Sinner? Chord and Bach went as I expected, for the reason I mentioned in the go home episode. Bach can move on to his attempted revenge on the Syndicate while Chord gets humbled a little bit. Chord has always felt a little difficult for me to book because he's so good I always wanna strap the rocket to his ass, but at the same time he's so young it doesn't feel right. Would love to his character take a turn to be more heinous and perhaps take inspiration from 2 of Orton's gimmicks. The crazed psycho who was punting heads and breaking in homes (although not quite that far) and The Legend Killer. After taking losses to both Gilmore and Bach (and Doc Hammond for the TV title 2 years ago,) he's got reason to want to beat up on the elder statesmen, and it gives him something to do while there's a heel holding the World title. I imagine the Keith boys are gonna take on The New Wave next. What better way to establish them than to have them beat TCW's most legendary tag team? Then eventually move on to Tana/Mo and take the belts once Tana is healthy enough to perform. But they're also such incredible talents and young enough to be the future, maybe they'd be better off as singles? Last but damn sure not least, The Syndicate. Wolf back on top, Tommy back in the company. Fun fact, Tommy hasn't won a world title in TCW since Wolf got his first, defeating Rocky Golden 9 months after he took the belt from Tommy. Wolf has since defeated RDJ for his 2nd, Bryan Vessey for his 3rd and now Aaron Andrews to begin his 4th reign, tying Sam Strong for 2nd most all time, but still behind Cornell's record of 6. The Syndicate has been the most dominant faction in the company's history, and this new era with Wolf, Tommy, Youngman and The Elite is looking to be as dominant as ever. With Cornell's debut and Wolf regaining the belt, I'm sure The Elite's failure won't be handled with the iron fist Wolf has generally handled things with. Show was top notch, and this is the kind of thing that makes me excited for wrestling in general. Every time a question gets answered, 2 more questions arise. Watching the stories play out and seeing how the different characters develop in this beautiful artform is such a fun experience. The roster has certainly gotten deeper since the start now with additions of Cornell, Gilmore, Keith, ZWB and probably most impactful, Ernest Youngman. I will say, the baby face side feels like it needs a similar amount of love. Gilmore is the 2nd biggest name of the bunch, but it's hurting for youthful talent. You've got AA, Edd Stone, Mighty Mo and TBone vs Keith, Gauge, ZWB, Youngman, Chord, Wolf, Behemoths, Huggins, Hocking, Marc Speed (although probably not so much when he returns from injury), along with Chris Flynn and Stone Cold Nick Booth if you decide to give them a push. Not a huge issue if you're not planning for a multi year save, but worth pointing out. As for refs, Matthew White is a really solid ref and should be a free agent as he never signed after NOTBPW merged with CGC. Could also shortlist SWF's refs as they're all pretty good. Apologies for the long reply, but this is the grandaddy of them all, Total Mayhem! Really, really excited to see where these stories go and how all the pieces fit together. I'd have to say this is my favorite TEW series I've ever watched. Story telling is really, really superb. Excellent work!

This feedback is tremendous! So many great thoughts in there, and it really helps me stay motivated with the series knowing people are this invested in this save. Just awesome. You mentioned something that I've always incorporated in my series, and that's the aspect of answering one question, then adding two more questions to keep the suspense going. That's also my favorite aspect of wrestling, so I do what I can to keep those story threads moving forward. Thanks again!

@@wrestleblake as the stories have continued, I've gotten more invested. Couple that with binge watching the 3 or 4 episodes I missed while sick and on vacation and everything was fresh on my mind. Felt like a shit load to type out 😂 I will say this series is making me want to start a save again. I've never been particularly good at the week to week stuff like you certainly seem to be. I'm more of a big picture guy. Act 1, act 2, act 3, conclusion, but the stuff in-between is difficult for me usually.

@@chriscarnage9467 Haha glad you're feeling better! The weekly television stuff can be a grind, especially in the series where I'm booking two shows per week. That's been one of the main reasons why there are gaps between episodes. Somehow we managed to do the 100+ episodes in the WWE 2021 series despite the TV shows being a chore. Start up your save again!

Well done on a great show. Awesome to see some great performances from some of the future stars. No shortage of opponents for Wolf, intriguing to see who’s next in line for the title. International title should get a good run and T Bone is a great champ. And some great debuts, they’ll fit in perfectly with the roster as it is. Excited to see where TCW goes from here.

I prefer C-Verse, it is new and refreshing and you can go any way you want with it! Would love to see you do a Japanese C-Verse diary, if you were to do so, which company would you choose? WLW. BHOTWG, BCG or PGHW?
@wrestleblake
@wrestleblake 4 месяца назад
Yeah there's way more long-term appeal with the CVerse! I usually just play the real world saves for alternative storylines, while the CVerse is building a world of characters and companies. I've always been intrigued by WLW, but I also like the setup for PGHW. I might have to add that to the rotation!

I'd love a wlw or exodus series. Both great companies and are never done in any diary form.
