We do, but most people don’t buy stuff like this because they’re bad investments as far as real estate goes. The nicer looking ones are condos, not houses, meaning low square footage, no yard. It’s like living in a luxury apartment but at least you get some equity.

He will get paid another 40-100 million depending on how good he is in five years. Also since when is buying a house some kind of waste of money?... It's realestate, do you think the house of a former NFL star that's already worth 2.5 mil at market value isn't going to resell in the very least decently?... All of this is easy for you to say when you aren't in the same financial position.

And learn the difference between "seen and saw" and drop that ridiculous "you know what I'm saying". Your a great young player with a bright future, you're in a spectacular city, loaded with money, so you have to think about your after career life. NO conglomerate is going to pay you $25k and up per speech if you're saying "I seen her vs I saw her" or every other sentence is followed by "you know what I'm saying". Take my advise son, I work in the entertainment industry.
