local healthcare really does not matter in this situation, when Take Off was in downtown Houston and got shot no medical care could help him due to where he was shot, Tank got incredibly lucky in this situation and Houston has just as much violence as southern Florida if not even more. It is truly an unfortunate circumstance in this case but what are you going to tell people? Never visit family, never go back to your hometown, and never go out the the club because you can get shot? You are just as likely to get shot getting gas vs any given club. Should Tank have not been there? You can't just live a life inside a turtle shell there are crazy people in the world and eventually you are bound to run into a few but you can't just pause on life and things you want to do out of fear of getting shot it is just silly. God has given Tank another chance and I'm so happy he is stable and will make a full recovery. Sorry, I just think ur viewpoint is a little close-minded around navigating violence in the real world. I am not trying to start anything just want people to realize there is no real way to avoid these situations sometimes if you spend enough time in the real world.
