my brother always thought about going into the SWAT route and he thought it was hard af, but he decided to join the Marines and just 2 days ago he completed the death hike to become a Recon Marine and pass BRC and now he just looks at this and laughs, there badass but now he doesnt even consider them as a challenge lmao
@@Texas_K9409 no disrespect but swat trains for high risk search and arrest warrants with civilians and hostage rescue / active shooters and crowd control within the US. badass job and its tough no doubt, i wasnt comparing at all, I was simply stating the fact that my bro is a Recon Marine and they are trained to fight against terrorist organizations who are actually training to kill them as well. recon training is 1000x more difficult than swat because of what there going against, there is a reason why swat looks for guys who are ex military , I truly believe u can throw a recon marine in swat and he'll thrive, throw a swat guy in recon he'll struggle
It was an option when I separated, friends were with Baltimore City qrt. They were on pace with a conventional infantry platoon. There are a few guys that are great, but it’s very few and they were from cool guy units. Plus, it would mean being a cop, no thanks.
Dude at 0:49 needs a leg strap, pulling his pistol in sub optimal conditions is going to cause him to hang up, most mid and low ride setups need a leg strap to keep it from kicking out when you pull it, guys magnifier at 1:06 is bouncing around everywhere and he bridged his holo, his optic setup doesn't need to be that far forward and i'd dam near say it being that far forward is hindering him, see how he has to collapse the stock fully 1:08, almost like you could scoot the optics back and use more than the first position on the stock and why the fuck is he using a Sightmark 100$ amazon special as his IR laser unit as SWAT, he can buy a CAN and Eotech sights but not a actual LAM, he has access to FP units as SWAT, guy at 1:10 is using a fake amazon special Harris bipod which arent even that expensive to begin with and kinda suck for precision rifles as they don't pivot, much better option is magpul's bipod, 1:34 it took almost 10 seconds for the last in the stack to get his gun up after rounding the corner, to someone who doesn't know shit yall look highspeed, to everyone else this video kinda makes yall look like a hot bag of ass in some shots, this is coming from a local too...
They are a bunch of patrol cops and fat detectives who wished they served in the Army, who think they are SF. Shit, the skinny white one with tats just recently killed his K9 after getting back from training with it for the first time.
