James Richard Perry (Haskell, Texas, 4 de marzo de 1950), conocido como Rick Perry, es un político republicano estadounidense, gobernador del Estado de Texas entre 2000 y 2015. Asumió como gobernador de Texas en diciembre de 2000. Sucedió en el cargo a George W. Bush cuando este asumió como presidente de Estados Unidos. También fue el 39.º vicegobernador de Texas en 1999.
