Javi is my favorite designer! I am obsessed with his style, probably because he’s everything I love in design and home. For the boring bitty’s with the tasteless comments, his house has so much to behold but it’s not yours to look at. It’s his, and it’s gorgeous. He doesn’t design like this for his clients. If you follow him or knew his work you’d see that.

Probably my fave tour! I love the maximalism, the blending of texture & colors. The layering & combination of diff. decors add so much coziness. Not all maximalist could be this eye pleasing, but I truly loved every single room. You can also tell that he adores his grandma so much. Thanks for sharing. Greetings from Orlando, FL

This video has inspired me so much. I live in a small home and feel overwhelmed by how much stuff I have. I downsized from a four bedroom home and desperately need to declutter. So when I saw how much STUFF this guy has and know I don’t have NEARLY his amount of possessions, I’m 100% motivated to get rid of my STUFF. Thank you! Also, I simply cannot imagine dusting all of his knick knacks, etc, or having to move if it became necessary. Thanks again for the motivation!

I thoughly dislike minimalistic,beige,soulless houses. They may suit those who have no created flair,have a fear of colours,dislike dusting objects or are just plain lazy. Give me this sort of house anytime. Obviously we can't all afford such expensive items,but we can most certainly copy certain idea's with tasteful second hand items. My home is full of them and full of colour where the eye observes interesting things to look at,wherever the eye rests and THAT dear friends is what makes a house into a home !!!

DO NOT underestimate how difficult it is to pull of this kind of maximalist eclectic style! You really just have to have an eye for the quirky and know how to break rules. There is no "by the book" rules that can help you fake this type of style.

Some people are not minimalistic is not clutter is the design he is going for Ralph Lauren is layer and he is also a collector it might not be your cup tea. The point is for you to come to his house and have a conversation on any item your eye 👁️ stops on. Everything has a story for him.
