Texas Pride performing the Kenny Rogers song "I don't need you" featuring Jeff Chance on Vocals. Video taped at SilverWings Ballroom in Brenham Texas 1981. Texas Pride was the precursor to the Mercury Polygram recording group "Chance" who in 1986 release there 1st single "To be Lovers" which charted into the top 20 on Bill Board magazines Top 40 Country Charts.

Its great to have this music on RU-vid. Eddie treasured these times that he got to follow Texas Pride. Gosh I want to say that he followed yall for 15 to 20 years. Rest In Peace, Jeff we love and miss you. Thanks again for the great memories. God bless you!

That's definitely right there in my hey-day. I've been dancing in that ballroom a time or two or three or more during that time and was there to see these fellas perform this song there.

I am sorry to say that Jeff passed away 2 years ago..... those days were very special to all the guys in Texas Pride which evolved into the group Chance. Thanks for watching. John
