This stitch is ideal for blankets and scarves. Clear step by step instructions are given throughout. Despite this stich looking complicated it really isn't at all. Compared to the star stich and Jasmin stitch, this is a walk in the park. This stitch may already have a name but so far i haven't found this exact stitch...I made the stitch trying to follow directions for a crossed half treble stitch and got it wrong and I quite liked the way it turned out. In knitting there is a very similar stitch called the Aster Stitch but not as far as I know in crochet, so for now I am calling it The Aster Stitch. 😉. I hope you enjoy 😊
