Yes I too found the spread sheet idea very interesting! I started writing ‘something’ years back...but like so many others, that’s all it was. Looking forward to seeing more of your tips.
love these! they are so entertaining but actually so useful! I also love the idea of the spreasheet and writing down everything you do each month and I think I'm gonna start doing my own even though I have no intention of writing a book right now aha
Not sure if it works the same for everyone but, songs! Any song that I like has some kind of memory associated with it. If you ask me where I was in March '83, I couldn't tell you. Ask me what I was doing when I first heard Blue Monday by New Order, and I can even tell you which table I was sat at in the college canteen.
I have the same thing but with pictures, like if you show me a picture I can tell you like all the little random things that happened that day and can often tell who took the picture!
Have you decided to leave anything out of the book to protect the reputations of others? How much have you left out to spare your own embarrassment? Has the book got photographs? Now you've re-invented the jigsaw will the book come with a colour your own Tez thirteen and three quarters jigsaw?...I want one of them.
