This is my first re-buildable after starting out on subtanks. I love it. You can fit some pretty large coils in the G2. I'm currently using clapton'd kanthal bought from amazon; 32 gauge over 24 gauge, you can just squeeze in 8 wraps over 2mm. Mine come out at 3.5 ohm and drinks juice lol. The whole unit gets quite warm if you chain vape, and that causes quite a bit of condensation, but it's worth it for the taste.

I got the TF-RTA with the R2 deck and it hits really well, but it also leaks about half my juice out the air holes so I got a love/hate thing going on with it. Doesn't seem to matter how I wick it either, it leaks no matter what I do, loose wick, tight wick, stuff the channels or not. leak leak leak. I shut off the valve when not in use but then I forget to turn it on sometimes and burn the wick. If it didn't leak it would be perfect. But the leaking is just aggravating.

I know I'm late to the party but I've had one of these tanks for a while and never watched any reviews on it. Just so you know brother, the reason your wicking channels look like that is because you accidentally stuck the G4 cap on the G2 deck you were building on. Lol it happens to the best of us. If you watch the video pay close attention to when you screw the barrel back on after wicking. There's a logo on the outside of the metal barrel/top cap, and the cap you threaded down in the video says "G4" on it. When you screw down the proper cap the wicking holes will look more open then they do in the video for sure. BUT compared to other RTAs I've seen the wicking channels on this tank still do look a little funny even with the proper barrel on. Love your videos brother keep doing what you're doing.

Thanks for the build video. Just got this off Breazy for $12. Running on Smok Alien 220 that came with a TFV8 Baby beast. Not a big fan of the TFV8 despite all the hype. Not sure why but I get burnt hits after a day or two even when just running it at 45 watts. Figured I'd just build my own decks if that's the case.

It does have a removable wick ring!!! I just squeeze and turn and take it off like on the griffin

Great videos! Would you say the SMOK TF RTA has as much bottom airflow as the Griffin 25?

Smok is killing it. Is that the H-Priv that the G2 is sitting on? If so, how do you like it? I am really looking forward to the comparison with the Heracles V2 and the Griffin 25. It should be a difficult but very interesting comparison, especially with top air available on the other two. I am using that G4 deck, and still with the original coils but, have re-wicked it several times. It produces a mighty fine vape. Thanks for the great productions you are putting out. Hey AdvancedVape, thanks for the video! I grabbed one of these on sale for $5.95 since you can't beat that price at all and I've fallen in love with it. Wanted to watch a few videos of people wicking it just so I know how to do it well. The first time I wicked mine it was just about perfect I'd say and I went with a looser wick. Next time I did it I tried going thicker and it seems like I can't "chain vape" on it as much without starting to get a dry hit as it catches up with me. I think I need to do something just about in the middle, since the first time I did it I think it was a little *too* loose and I was getting some gurgling at times. Any chance you want to sell your G4 deck? I can't justify spending $8.99 on the deck when the tank itself cost less :( I may bite the bullet on it if I can't nab one used but I'd like to try getting a used one first.

Thanks for your movie. Which tank do you prefer? This or the Griffin 25? Also my sweet spot for ohm is 0.80-1.0 using the VPGPRO 70/30. What wire would you recommend for that?

Now These are like 5 bucks at a couple spots. So I just got one for the heck of it. The x baby rta is fabulous seems underrated and well worth it. But This tank here is ok. Ehh Especially for just 5 bucks.

I have the sixtuple deck for my tornado, it'd way easier to build on than this deck, and it's still a pain in the ass.
