I think the really nasty part is that if there are no snipers on the enemy team, it automatically puts you as a stock sniper named after a random player on the enemy team. So you can still do this when there are no snipers, and it might work better because you’re guaranteed to look like a bot.
@@TheBigSad8247 good point but people these day just instantly vote kick when they see stock sniper look up and spin around cause there's so god damn many of them
However, good players will look at the leaderboard to make sure that their teammate is really playing sniper, so they will most likely not think that it's a bot. But, most players won't check the leaderboard half of the time so it may work.
closet cheaters is better than this broo. Closet cheaters will just get noticed by players and they get banned forever but this spy trolling is literally just the dirtiest sh*t ever
@@ArmoredG For sure. Closet cheaters are their own level of loser and deserve to be banned and humiliated. If the enemy team somehow doesn’t notice the cheater, this trolling could be a good way to get them kicked more easily too. It’s genius.
I did the spy pretending to be an enemy aimbot sniper once as well. I couldn't believe how effective it was. It must be some forbidden technique, because it felt like something of infinite power that nobody should ever know the true potential of.
Yeah and it's going to make everything worse than it already was. Pandora's box of shitty sportsmanship has been opened and cannot be closed, spy players either will use, or have to make an active effort to ignore, the potential of this technique. Combine this with Pro-snipers that bitch when they act like a bot, don't wear cosmetics, and don't use the mic until they're getting kicked, and we'll have an anti-kick campaign going in no time.
@@koalabro6118 people will just have to spectate teammates, when they realise that the sniper they are spectating id not looking up into the sky but a clone is across the map. They’ll rack their two brain cells together and figure it out.
Vorobey got 2 headshots and kicked immediately as a legit sniper Meanwhile my enemy team is refusing to kick a bot for 16 minutes and then saying "skill issue"
@@Elctrucr54maybe not smarter but they definitely have more common sense (unlike some idiots who just refuse to kick bot cuz they just wanna win) 🤷♂️
@@GamingXGames_ bot hosters are really smart but they lack empathy and sympathy towards community, they create bots just to ruin fun That is why they were hated
that irrational danger shield anger might be related to when it allowed you to tank a headshot. people used to use it all the time before it was reworked into a backpack that's just a middle finger to the scorch shot.
i mean that's completely fair, if you go out of your way to act like a bot and then get kicked i don't understand your problem with that, voro was pretty much trying to get kicked
It's not weird to hate darwin shield, it was not long ago when it saved you from a headshot so it was very hated item among good sniper players. And nowadays it prevents god-like snipers to catch on fire to give your team some leeway and free space to make a play while the sniper tries to recover from the flames lol.
Yes but the smg is a reliable finisher for when you can't get the headshot up close which, is hard. The Darwin shield just doesn't provide enough to really be worth it because 1. When do pyros really go for snipers all that much and 2. Pyro is 1 out of 9 classes that a sniper might encounter, with pyro not being someone that you will encounter all too much as sniper anyway.
@@Araknic Pyros go for snipers as often as they can with their flare guns. The Danger Shield not only basically makes said flare guns completely useless against them (a projectile doing about 20 damage with a long travel time to a class than can hit you for 150 in under a second with hitscan, what a battle) and even if you catch one unawares up close, their massive flame resistance means they can whip out the ol' chop-chop and then crit you for 195 long before your neutered flamethrower can hope to burn them down and they won't even burn to death afterwards. I meet almost no SMG snipers, Danger Shield snipers are a constant.
@@TheAverageCreature his account is privated. He's hoping for the drama to calm down so that he can come back later on, since he has already done that on multiple occasions.
I choked on my drink when that trolling attempt worked. That is so evil X'D TF2 has been kinda "feeling dead" lately, and it does kinda make me get "gamer heated", but it's good to see your content. Always.
I think you just gave bot makers ammunition to troll and grief. They can program bots to disguise as snipers and "act like normal bots" to get OTHERS kicked from the game. Since people are so conditioned to kick bots on the mere mention of them, or the sight of spinning, I feel it would be way too effective. It would also add some doubt into insta-kicking, which gives bots ammunition, and time to establish actual bots in the game. Once everyone is reconditioned to double check who they are kicking, it might be to late lol.
I like the fact that machina got changed to allow headshot crits a while ago but it's still bodyshooting rifle to ppl Edit: it always had HS crits, I misremembered
Honestly I guessed the sniper-spy trick from the thumbnail and thought the whole video was going to be just that, and I was all too ready to watch 10 minutes of just that 😂
You’re channel is DIVINE!!! Another great video Vorobey, happy to see another live gameplay commentary, especially TF2 challanges! That spy-bot disguise troll is so mean but so 5-head it’s insane xd
The funny thing is I have done this before. I used to main spy and even now I still play a bit of spy. I would sometimes do this for fun, disguise as either an enemy sniper or friendly sniper and troll as a bot. I've never gotten kicked but I always thought it was a fun idea. I also never saw anyone ever doing it so I'm glad you actually took light to this idea and doing it voro, thanks
I saw this trick a month ago. The sniper was carrying our team, but he wasnt cheating, he missed often. He was covered in unusuals and everything but somehow my team gobbled the spy acting like a bot like pigs eating scrap its so evilly genius
I have one that isn't as cruel as getting an enemy sniper kicked by being a bot, but it still is funny. All you do is pretend to be a heavy on your team who has the holiday punch and pretend to be friendly. Then, you wait for an enemy to come up to you and you either wait until they look somewhere else and backstab, or trickstab. This one works best at 2fort because friendlies mostly play on it.
and what is the difference between doing that and doing the same thing while actualy playing heavy and gunning the people down with a tomislav after they trust you, it isnt like a gotcha moment its just betraying the enemy team's trust while friendlying
@@The_Qcumberthe difference is. When a true friendly heavy kills you, you think "fucker.", but if a spy disguised as a friendly heavy kills you, you think "Bruh"
@@devinegrace4936 That's an opinion, not an argument. How unexpected it is has no baring on the fact you're still just betraying friendly trust. You yourself may not care because it's creative, and i get that, but i would still be a bit annoyed. And even if i didn't care my point would still stand.
this is even more terrifying when you realize the bots have been mimicking "don't kick me I'm human" speech in the chat if the botters find this it might plunge us back into the dark ages once again
