Pretty sure the context is a fight in reality. Scout, Sniper, and Spy are close to the average human in strength and body type so as long as you can fight you’d have a 50/50 chance of winning. All the other classes would beat a normal persons ass though.

Basically, it's a little meta-data file attached to an audio file that tells the engine what the character's funny mouth should do at different points in time. This tool needs to exist, because Source cannot detect(without any help) what the character is saying, so this just provides the engine context.

5:32 - I think this is referring to the animation/programming context of the term "phonemes" data used in .wav files (not the literal phonemes of the voice actor talking). Phonemes is a term used in Source for separating audio clips of dialogue into individual mouth shapes and timing them to the clip by frame count (kinda similar to "dope sheets" traditional animators used, but with help from the program instead of on paper. 3D programs like Blender also have dope sheets). Without telling the program what mouth shapes to use and when, the game doesn't know when to open the mouth on which frame of the audio clip as it plays.

The spy camera should also only mark one enemy, require you to be relatively close, not give your teammates wallhacks and notify the enemy when it happens but not where.
So basically; - it should replace the Sapper and require the Spy get within Sapping range to use - can only mark one enemy at a time for about as long as a sapper takes to destroy a building (new targets reset the mark like when a demo places to many stickys; personally I think 4 at a time would be better though because of this) - mark alert is visible to marked target next to name, for Spys teammates; it only shows current health bar through walls above target marked - make a noise like a camera flash (flashcube/flashbulb?) going off from the Spy using it (maybe a brief light blink from the Spy too?) Honestly this ones kinda up there with the timebomb for being an absolutely brilliant idea I'm shocked hasn't been done yet.

Also, for those who should know, War paints are for, surprise, *WAR,* and so, War paints should be dull, because a Bright Neon Green or Pink color will grab the enemy’s attention Very Quick. Also, If their is 1 cosmetic I would like to have an update, it’s the Exorcizor. Why? Because I want it to be All Class, so then I can make all of my Load Outs The Christian Crusaders.

Skullgirls is a traditional tag-team fighting game, which has a lot of inspiration from Marvel vs. Capcom 3 (one of the oldest and most popular FGs out there). It has been having it's "launch party" for 10 years or so now, and Marie (the character that the one clip you put in the video was showcasing) is apparently going to be the last character they'll make for the game. I'm not sure if they have any corelation with TF2 but they do like making crossovers. I was sad to hear Valve declined it, I love both games.

I don't like the sentiment of leaving overpowered items for Spy just because he is a weak class. The strength of the class and the strength of the individual items are two completely different things and you shouldn't argue for one with the other. I main Spy, I know just how bad he is sometimes - yet I still agree that the Diamondback and the Dead Ringer + Kunai combo should receive a nerf. I also think that he needs some basekit buffs, but again that is different from his item unlocks.
the spy just some dubiously designed weapons, im ok with him being weak but i think he needs some alts to the sapper or stuff to make his espinouge more worth it,
4:48. VPN used to work, but nowadays you need to change your steam country settings to another country that allows it. The only way of doing that is by doing a steam purchase using a payment option from that said country.
I'm glad to see new war paints can be unusual, I haven't seen many, if any community weapon/warpaint unsuals on the workshop, and though maybe they'd be quietly retired, like it was just something valve tried, but if they're still around, then new ones could be added, and I wanna make one, so i feel I might to that now.
i think the point of the post was that op was complaining that they couldn’t use something they rightfully earned in the game rather than “nooo i cant gamble” (considering you only get keyless cases via contracts)
6:37 the camera is actually in a roblox (I would say copy but at this point it's almost a different game now) game called "typical colours 2" I would highly recommend as it is a good game on low end hardware yet can be so easy to get used to as there is a lot less bots and hackers than tf2. As I mentioned, it's easy to get used to tc2 as I played tf2 but then switched due to better content for me and frequently updated. Thank you for Listening to my ted talk (pls try the game)
I think the spy’s camera could potentially work if instead of marked the enemies can be marked for death. I would suggest replacing the secondary and therefore turning spy into a much more team oriented support class that provides guaranteed mini crits for his team. By replacing the sapper spy’s secondary slot would still have more use even when the enemy team doesn’t have engineers. Maybe the marked for death effect could work on buildings as well so that spy can still be somewhat used against engineers. And that it would need the spy to actually aim it on the target so that it would need sone level of skill to be utilised effectively. I would probably add one more downside to it by giving the camera a sound effect when used. It doesn’t have to be loud but maybe a subtle but noticeable camera sound so that it rewards players for paying attention and punish spies that aren’t actively being stealthy when using it.
6:56 for the camera, make it mark only one enemy, and mark it for you only, but make it give 25% more maxium cloak capacity on kill, its straight from tc2, i know, but it stacks up nicely whit stuff like the kunai, YER, deadringer or cloak & dagger if you play like youre on assasin's creed
i really like the concept for the spy camera but here's a rework spy primary on hit: marked for death (4s) on hit: track the enemy (9s) -30% damage (28 DMG) +60% reload time (2.08s) -83.333% clip ammunition (1 bullet in the clip) -20 HP tracked enemies and the people surrounding them can be seen through walls
I'm pretty sure spy cameras based on the agent weapon in typical colours 2 a remake made in Roblox and the spy camera is pretty much the exact same thing
