large man by points they are talking about vertices, which a square has 4 of, and a cube has 8 of. Circles are weird because they have infinite points, but it’s pretty impossible to render infinite points so they actually aren’t round
Nah. It looks like a cool sniper practice map but it doesn't do anything else, the corridors are way too small amd there are too many obstacles to fly.
i know, I noticed that when they hit 14 points! If people keep this up, it's going to hilariously become a legitimately good, balanced map! I want to see that happen
m1ksu You can fuck off dude, yes the original poster may have intended this to have facetious meaning, but as the concept of infinity is regularly misunderstood is likely that some who have liked this comment fail to grasp infinity.
Alright, so here's what I'm seeing. The actual version of the map that could potentially exist: It's a KotH map (or a CP map with one very hard to cap point), set in a canyon. The Red and Blu bases are sort of built into the canyon walls, with this huge tangle of rope bridges strung between them. The point itself is a large spire of rock sticking up in the middle of the map. There are probably about 4 spawn points, two for each team, and, hopefully, the map is tangled enough that your average sniper can't get a good line of sight from their own spawn. All you need to do is add some more cover to things, and you've got an interesting map.
2 point evolution in a nut shell By the way I realized people know dodging sniper in very open map but fail every time on Other tight map.....why p/s don’t take this to seriously I’m just wondering
4:18 - 4:38 was my most favourite part of this video, Martin just acting like its a tryhard match and the soldier plunging headfirst into the lava. XD always cracks me up when i watch again XD

I think 27 Points with actual graphics, an actual objective, and some good design choices for balancing, could be repurposed into an actual map to be used for an official update, perhaps having a "spider web" theme like Martin mentioned. I would be very interested in such a map!
This is my third "Points" map, go check it out here: steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1449291274 Or in the discussions in Martins steam group. I hope you enjoy.
Okay, I know this is late, but 27 Points should be made into a territorial domination map. It might actually be good. The spawns wouldn't be active all the time, only activating in response to the points.
