14:23 It did 144 damage because u hit the headshot, but it wasn't fully charged. The damage penalty only works with bodyshots, if you hit the headshot with no charge it does 50 damage instead of the 45 it does on bodyshot.
The Classic literally doesn't headshot unless it's fully charged. headshots are also automatically 150 damage. Sir, you have no idea how this weapon actually functions.
@@ZoofyZoof The gun specifically lists the damage penalty as being on bodyshot.... and only on a bodyshot. YOU do not know how the gun functions. Literally all you need to do test this is to load up a map that has bots you can target practice on and shoot them a few times anywhere on the body and on the head, obviously with damage numbers enabled. Hit them in the body, it'll do 45 damage. Hit them in the head, it'll do 50. It only CRITS on headshot when fully charged, or when crit boosted.

fun fact in case you didn't know: you can prevent autobalance by typing "retry" in the console. You are ging to be reloaded, which will remove all the kills you gained on the server, but it'll keep you in your team (unless game decides to balance you after death)
i have a bind for it ( bind retry ) so that i don't have to worry about opening console and typing within 5 seconds. i mean, i also use it to do a split second of the scaredy-cat taunt and then hit retry>cancel to leave the server which is pretty funny...

I main classic, its my favorite gun in the game. Its so fun watching them explode, and sometimes theyll compliment me for using it over bazaar bargain or machina. And if im really lucky, ill get a loser who rages about it, that happened once and it was very amusing
@@pasha21363 yeah i got it shortly after i made my classic, i got it pretty quick on 2fort, and some people are willing to change class if you ask for help on one that isnt appearing. I got all the classic’s achievements pretty quick
After watching that part of the video,i can say that was cheating,he started shooting EVEN before completely peeking the corner,too suspicious to say that was due to the trail predictament,a normal heavy would jump the corner,then shoot,he started shooting directly at vorobey while peeking
@@foodaah I use to prefire at the wall before being fully out because I didn't know about the jump out strat. I still do because I end up missing more jumping out.
1:50 Really old sports rifles used to work like this, but it was decided it was unsafe, because when the trigger is pulled and it isn't safe to fire, you need to keep your finger pulling the trigger the whole way down for it to not fire.
14:21, with classic, you only have damage penalty on bobyshots, so if you will headshot somebody without full charge, you will basic bobyshot damage, because no crit and no damage penalty. Voro, you basically did you a headshot there, but your shot wasn't fully charged, it was only close to be fully charged, so you did 144 damage.
Fun fact the Ljutic (pronounced loo-tee) Space Gun actually has a release-fire trigger system. It's literally just like the Classic. The theory was the action of pulling the trigger is what pulls the gun to one side or the other - but if you release the trigger there's no such issue. It's designed for target/marksman shooting. Note: it's not a sniper rifle, the only thing that can ever be considered a sniper rifle is the L86A1 aka the AWP/AWPer hand. That was designed, from the ground up, to be a sniper's rifle. Everything else is either an anti material/tank rifle or a DMR (designated marksman rifle).
At 14:20, the reason it did 144 damage is because he shot the head so it counts as a “headshot”, so it doesn’t do reduced damage, but it doesn’t do 450 damage because he wasn’t fully charged so it doesn’t count as a critical headshot
I actually like The Classic; it allows you to charge up a headshot while having full view of the battlefield. I can't tell you how many times this saved me on 2Fort from Soldiers, Demomen, and Scouts. In fact, I got a strange killstreak Classic that I named, "take a look around."
Ah yes the classic. Love that rifle. One of my favorite weapons is my strange pro ks classic. I love seeing people use the classic. I am impressed how well you did with it.

1:53 it is not related to the context of voro was saying in the video but... when i saw the Machina... it is now """kinda""" the opposite of "no scoping in" Classic (the challenge of today's video.) Machina needs to be scoped to be fired, deals more damage when fully charged. While Classic (in this video/challenge) : scope = death, deals less damage when bodyshot, and no headshots if it's not fully charged. just a random thought, lmao.
actually voro, a lot of competitive skeet/trap shooters use release triggers instead of pull triggers. Also binary triggers fire on both the pull and the release.

it's crazy how you can just get insane killstreaks with any weapon. like i guess it's not as impressive with sniper even with his worst gun but you've got some insane skill. love your vids man!
The classic is really great no tunnel vison is a hell of an upside combine that with the razorback and you get some funny moments exploding spys with a last second flick and it feels the most fair to use/fight no quick scopes and very weak at medium/close range if you miss your one shot
This soumds like my old grandpa. My he was a fucken prodigy and my inspiration to me. He taught me how to play poker and everything. He even was in the navy during the pearl harbor bombing on ship away while his father survived on duty in the attack with his legs blown off able to reput back on
i want this type of sniper weapon thats like, its the default sniper rifle but the dot switches colours for example if your on blue team using the sniper the dot becomes red, it would be good for trolling
From what I gather the classic is mainly meant for snipers that want to well use a sniper but they don't want to deal with the dreaded tunnel vision thing
The weapon the classic is based off, for one is not a sniper rifle it's an assault rifle, and for two you don't hold the trigger then release to fire it. The weapon the classic is based off is the G36 made by HK, and it's a pretty damn good rifle too.
There's probably attachments to change out the bolt to a manual repeater and a longer barrel. That or a dragunov type situation where it's the same gun but bigger. Cuz thats basically what the dragunov is, an ak chambered in a bigger round with a different set of furniture.
