A mod i'm incredibly working on, since December 2021 i've been working to make a mod to fully experience GTA VC, this is a mod of what the GTA VC PC Port should have been expereinced if Rockstar didn't downgraded the Port, as you can see this mod keeps both PS2 features and both PC Improvements or sometimes mixes it, the mod is based in the mod called PS2 Feels VC Edition by Mugetsuga and Vice City Leftovers and of course it uses some mods as requirements such as: SkyGFX, WaterEX, Modloader, etc.
The Mod is still under development and may release in June 2022 and TFEOVC means The Full Experience Of Vice City just to know that.
