the whole compensation thing annoys me, during the time after that update the realms were so incredibly buggy, i would crash, i took videos to prove it. i am on android and i didn't receive anything and i couldn't cr the entire time because it was so buggy. really feels like tgc utterly despise us android users.. TT

I got 40 candles almost immediately because even before this whole mess every time I log on it says "this device does not currently meet the minimum requirements to run a smooth experience" so i always experienced constant crashes even if i had 0 graphics and it would still be laggy and i had to live with 0 graphics 99% of the time though i do hope y'all get the compensation 💓

I'm quite disappointed. Before the last update where it's normal again. I got crashed when I'm entering other realms. And until now, I still don't have compensation.

We have the same phone brand!! This happens to me a lot, and when I have to do sumth at sanctuary I usually just dont look at the island itself yet since my frame rate would drop but thankfully they fixed it!!

I'm sad, i didnt get any compensation at all ;-; And my sis did get it ! We had the same bugs, used the same type of device, and really, the only thing that i did that she did not do was file a bug report in the discord server ! That really upset me... 🌧

tbh. David. u should message them. you didn't got the Compensation. if i remember right you get 30 Normal and 30 Seasonal candols.

Bruh i bought the umbrella, got 30 seasonal candles so in total i had like 55 seasonal candles. And this morning when i logged i had only 20 candles.

to this day I wait for compensation, my game stopped working several times and it still crashes nowadays but I didn't receive anything, I'm sad because I practically can't even go through the golden hinterland without suffering from crashes or with the game closes

So i use my tab to play sky but during the bugs i used my bro's phone to play and i didn't get the compensation i did fill out the compensation thingy but idk if it'll do anything 😭

So, lemme get this straight.. When Android players get a crashe-problem in their games, they get over 900 candles. But when *EVERYBODY* - inclueding Android & iOs & Nintendo Switch players - get a bug that causes them to be unable to log into their games, *NOBODY* gets anything for their patience??? EDIT: There was once a bug, that prevented EVERYONE from logging into the game. This bug was fixed i believe the within the same day when the bug occured. But there was nothing but an apology message from TGC after the fix-up.

What this in beta or what???
