On today's video, we are going over the install of our Audi C7 4.0T 4" Intake! Our design is a singular 4" that mounts to both turbos, Allowing for a single larger filter to be used!

Could you please do a video showing the power increase or difference on a dyno, comparing the old intake system and this 4" intake system?

the car was on the dyno. the tests didnt really yield any differences (sorta). Car made 5 Less Horsepower with a boost line blown off and 50F HIGHER iats than other inlets on the market. car melted the suspension on the dyno (Literally) and we spent 8 hours alone trying to get it off. At this moment in time im not putting it back on the dyno. If you have a tune and you laterally swap inlets over you will not see a drastic change in horsepower, unless your tune itself calls for it in the back end. The people saying they saw massive jumps in power just swapping inlets are absolutely full of it unless they are swapping from stock to something else, then bumping up the tune. Although you do get the added benefits such as, no modifying for sparkplug changes, previsions for future products without needing modifications to the inlet (PCV Delete etc), less collapsing filters, actually fit turbos bigger than rs7s (compared to stock inlets), etc.

WOW! Melted the air suspension? That must've been a nightmare to get off the dyno. I can see why you do not want to to put it back on there. Thank you for that great feed back! Good to know. I have a DS1 Stage 3 custom tune so all that you mentioned makes sense. Love what you are doing out there. Keep it coming!@@tgkmotorsport

@15:30 - you put the hoses back on. Would you recommend doing the same thing with your TGK hoses? Or putting them on the throttle body first and feeding it to the turbos and then securing down the throttle body? @TGK motorsport

sorry about the delay in response... i wouldnt put on the throttle body first just incase you cause the gasket to walk on the charge cooler, its easier to do it (Personally) with the throttle body attached to the charge cooler.

Will this intake system work on a d4 Audi A8L V8?

yessir we have a d4 specific intake system on our website! Only real difference is the silicone elbow for the d4 is a 60 degree bend vs 45 degree bend on the other platforms!

Hi, may I ask what is the size of the turbo inlet? Is it the same with a stock S7 or bigger? Thanks!

Sorry for the late response The inlet ID is 55mm which perfectly matches all turboes from stock up to TS2’s! For a straight in flow design

In reference to which vehicle? The b8? It fits under all the vehicles hoods it’s originally intended to be designed for (so not a b8 that i did the video on haha). It cleared his hood, but he has a massive under skin section removed from his carbon hood, so cannot say if it clears a non cut up b8 hood or not

​@tgkmotorsport2719 for me it would be in reference to an S6 but as you stated and see from the video it looks like a pokes up out of the hood. That was one of my concerns before I pre-ordered, currently doing research on your product so far I like what I see. Keep em coming

oh, yea in that regards it fits C7/7.5 Cars, D4 Cars without contact of hood. Its designed off my S6 @@Hustle6oi22
