When I did this challenge, I got an item early on that both healed me and applied another level of the wavy mushroom effect whenever I got hit. I was unkillable, but at what cost?

When I did this challenge I managed to get a permanent Mega Mush effect which made me invincible and shred anything I touched, however I would take 1 heart of damage whenever I cleared a room so I lost. I lost despite being completely invincible.

fun pac fact: it was recently discovered the list of effects that can happen from glitch items, with those being: using an active item, adding a temporary effect, converting entities, area damage, spawning entities, and farting this is why glitch items cause you to fart so often

And item with infinite use, it makes you invincible for a short bit and summons plum when near an enemy/middle of the room. That's one of the best items I have seen so far. Only surpassed by an item I saw online that looked like sacred heart and actually gave you sacred heart.

i won this challenge by getting an item on the second floor that turned all pickups into the trophy the one you need to pick up to win.

Sand flies is like grayfruits equivalent to Joel vinesauce’s infamous “GRAND DAD” reaction or vinny’s “dedication” thing.
