I was 10 when he made this speach, when he made this speach me and my father were on the highway and all of a suden he pulls a car aside and turn the radio volume up. I remember i saw tears i his eyes at yhe end of rhis speach.

@@MrMalimaali Thabo is an idealist. Nowadays, that's more important than ever. Thabo introduced a great many practical programmes to Africa, including the African Peer Review Mechanism. He wasn't just speaking, he did something positive as well.
It was a great speech of he really meant It. But being African doesn't mean saying great speech, but also doing great things to change the lives of your men and women. Giving the priority to their neccessities and not the neccessities of the multinationals, that finance your election and the hidden richness. Africa can become a free continent when it's leaders begin to do before saying.
The Presidency of Thabo Mbeki gave me pride to be a South African, it also motivated me to study further. There was a sense of steadiness and assurance about his leadership style. He made me feel like the are endless opportunities that one can take advantage of. I miss his leadership style.😢

@@dothadance1 nonsense we have amaXhosa in KZN. Some Xhosa areas fell under KZN during post Apartheid demarcation. They fought to be under KZN administration. The hatred is on your head. Before Mandela there were countless Zulu leaders. Even the ANC was born in KZN to be jealous of amaXhosa. Yes they do have the tendency of rearranging history but it doesn't mean we have them.
