Welcome back. Today I will be showing you my trip experience from Kuala Lumpur to Bangkok on Thai Airways A350. When I booked this flight, A330 was reflected on the itinerary and I even chose my seat the moment I did online check in. The aircraft was changed last minute. Anyhow, this is totally a great news if the aircraft was changed from an old to a new one. It was a 2-hour flight, hot meal is served. There were two choices, fish with rice and chicken with pasta. Meals are delicious. Cabin crew serving in my zone a probably the newbies, young and cheerful. They were so friendly and nice. This is probably one of the best experiences that I have had in Thai economy class. Thai Airways offer 30kg free check in baggage allowance. What do you think about Thai Airways' hospitality? Seatings look mint. You were so lucky to get the change from A330 to A350

Indeed. I called myself extremely lucky :-) All the way from KUL - BKK - ARN using A350-900

The food is good. I always enjoy TG's inflight catering. :) One of the best.

Indeed. It was 95%. Almost all the seats were occupied. Since 2023 I flew this route quite some times, always full.

It seems like Thai is now utilizing the A330 mainly on their secondary Japanese routes like Sapporo, Fukuoka, Nagoya and Haneda, and a few Singapore routes, which explains why your aircraft got changed. I experienced this last-minute change too on my very first flight from Jakarta to Bangkok. Was supposed to see a 787, but Thai upgraded my plane to their newest triple 7. As mentioned by the famous vlogger, S*m Ch*i, "Thai A is notorious for last minute aircraft change". That's true about it. I previously was about to board an old 772 from BKK-KIX, the aircraft was changed to A350 for the last minute and return journey was the B773 (old). If I have the chance, would love to try their newest 773.vThanks for dropping by.

@@Dragflyer9669 : Well in fact in my previous itineraries TG said my aircraft on all of my routes (CGK-BKK-NRT, HND-BKK-CGK) would all be A350s. Tough luck, less than a month prior they changed all of them into 787-8 (later to a new 777-300ER), old 777-300ER, refurbished A330, and the all too uncomfy 777-200ER. Luckily they did not change my seat assignment. So yeah. TG is indeed the queen of aircraft changes.

I have booked a Flight to LHR but suddenly the aircraft changed to B77W instead of A388 so there's no first class so i have to go on the another flight to munich that use B747-4D7 On route Kuala Lumpur they normally swap aircraft because if there any aircraft that available to use so they have to use them because Right now they don't have enough aircrafts and they have to wait for the orders
