Thank you Rin S, as always you did an awesome job to explaining how to cook & easy to follow your recipe. Also thanks for an information of how to find the ingredients. Wishing one these day I will get to visiting your restaurant.
็Hi Rin; Thanks for the video on how to cook Thai foods. You make it looks so simple. I have a question on the custard, can I bake it instead because I do not have a steamer?
Hello, can you please make the Thai desserts thong Yod and thong Ek? I know these recipes are already on RU-vid however they aren't in English and the few that have English translation are really bad. It would be great if you could do these recipes too please
This is my favourite sweet. The next is kanom koke. That is where I'm having a problem. I bought the pans years ago in Chiang Mai but can't get a consistent answer about the types and quantities of flours. Is there any way you could do a video or simply print the batter recipe? My thanks, Ira~
Thank you for sharing the recipe. Might i have a question why do poeple wash the sticky rice with alum before soak the sticky rice in water for 5 or 6 hours. Thanks for your Feedback. Best.
When i made the custard it was very eggy and tasted alot like egg and not a dessert. Is there something you would reccomend i could do to make it not like that maybe use 1 less egg or a full cup of coco nut milk. Maybe it should be like that and i just dont like it very eggy im not sure
Dose it matter if I use duck egg or chicken egg because I research through a lot of video that making thong yod and this dessert they use only duck egg.
thanks for sharing this recipe. I will definitely try it. the only thing I notice is that it looks very unhygienic to basically wash your hands in that egg mixture when you were squeezing the pandan leaves in it. its good to use food prep gloves. 😉
