Very clearly presented. My only concern is the lack of emphasis on tones. Many of the basic words discussed have 3 or 4 meanings dependent on tone. The markers are often lacking on the words in the lessons and/or are not discussed. Thank you.

แอดมินคับ ทำคลิปสอนได้ดีมากๆครับ แต่ขอติเรื่องหน้ากระดานมันรกไปหน่อยนะคับ ควรตัดพวกรูปภาพประกอบใหญ่ๆออกไปหรือปรับขนาดรูปให้เล็กลง เพื่อจะได้มองเห็นคำศัพท์ชัดเจน😅😅

Thank you so much Kru Smuk. I love your teaching style. I started self learning Thai on 27 Jul, and now with your videos and blogs, i can be able to make simple sentences and write Thai scripts with joy. :-) I assume I have passed the pre-school level 55555. Now I will study as a Grade 1 pupil 555. I think i will sign up your reading course another day when i get familiar with all Thai letter and build up my vocabulary.

I am not sure if it is just a cognate or a shared word btw Thai and Vietnamese that the word "ao" (in "ước ao") also means "to want/wish" in Vietnamese, but we never use it independently but in pair with "ước" (which also means "to wish").

You rightfully say many Thais leave out the word ที่, so what is the reasoning behind teaching learners to use this? They just have to unlearn using it later on to make themselves sound more natural.

I’ve been hearing Thai people say bpai baan (loei) for a decade. Glab Baan I’ve only heard in more formal conversation about returning home from a place or at restaurants. Bpai Baan I’ve heard Thai people tell other people and especially animals every day of my life in Thailand before I ever knew what it meant.
