Lopburi - one of the oldest cities in Thailand, a former capital and the second capital after Ayutthaya was established in 1350. It was abandoned after King Narai passed away in 1688, but parts were restored in 1856 by King Mongkut (King Rama IV) and in 1864 it was made the summer capital.
Nowadays, Lopburi is famous for the hundreds of crab-eating macaques that overrun the Old Town, especially in the area around Phra Prang Sam Yod and Phra Kaan Shrine.
Phitsanulok - Phitsanulok is one of the oldest cities in Thailand, founded over 600 years ago. Phitsanulok was also a provincial centre of the Khmer Empire during the Angkorian period.
Sukhothai - Founded in 1238, it is about 427 km north of Bangkok. Sukhothai was the capital of the Thai Empire for approximately 140 years. As of 2014, 193 temples have been excavated and partly reconstructed.

Lopburi - Jedno z najstarszych miast w Tajlandii, które nawet przez krótko było stolicą Syjamu (dawna nazwa Tajlandii). Zostało opuszczone po śmierci króla Narai w 1688 roku, ale później częściowo przywrócone do życia w 1856 przez króla Mongkuta (Rama IV), a w 1864 r. stał się stolicą letnią.
Obecnie Lopburi słynie z setek makaków, które przechadzają się po mieście w dużych grupach, zwłaszcza w okolicach świątyń Phra Prang Sam Yod i Phra Kaan Shrine.
Phitsanulok - Kolejne historyczne miasto w Tajlandii, założone ponad 600 lat temu. Było to prowincjonalne centrum Imperium Khmerów w okresie Angkoru.
