I very much appreciate that you included your discomfort and stress from the chaos, Ethan. That hustle you encountered is, in my experience, so typical on the biggest cities in the US as well. Everyone's trying to make a buck. As a tourist, one can be polite without sharing any personal information. 5-Star video. Really wonderful. Thanks so much!! Also, for what it's worth - "When in Rome...." "When in Thailand ..." When served a meal with rice on the side, Thais will first eat a bit of rice as a thank you to the gods, an honorific for the harvest. Also, just as eating peas on a knife is considered offensive and rude in the US, so is eating with a fork in Thailand. Lots of foreigners do it and by now the Thais just ignore it, but try eating with a spoon - it's what Thais do.

You make very excellent videos, Ethan. You have great images on land and water and underwater and in the air. You show yourself very clearly having fun and being in areas that are questionable. I think your videos will be watched days, weeks, months and generations from now. You always look and sound great.

Pad Thai curry is my absolute all-time favorite curry dish but I always had it served over white rice. Be safe and be aware there are those that will always take advantage of foreigners. now that was a great video. some voice overs and some live talk. great advise and great to see that your are visiting some places off the beaten path. exciting to see you dive and truly some fantastic underwater pictures. also, that kid on that koh was just trying to solicit you. surprised you haven't seen something like that before. they can be handy if you are in a tight squeeze but other than that Thailand is not known for things like pick pocketing or credit card fraud which happens here in America all the time. Most people in Thailand are not greedy and are really friendly. I dated a Thai guy once and he was beyond hot but he was in the closet and it was not my thing at the time.
