Thank you. I don’t know for sure why, but I guess it might be because bus tickets are cheap and people might just be a no show to bus and extend their stay in Thailand illegally. But I’ve heard from many US and Europe citizens that they weren’t checked about their exit flight when they entered Thailand. To be on the safer side, it’s best to have an exit flight ticket.

Thank you 🙏 Crowd cannot be predicted in Thailand’s VOA counter. It all depends on the time you arrive at the airport and how many flights arrive during that period. If you’re landing around midnight or early morning before morning and if your flight is the only one to arrive, there will be less crowd at the VOA counter. It’s not a long walk to the immigration at the Don Mueang Airport, don’t know about suvarnabhoomi airport since it’s been years I’ve visited that airport. You can walk with kids and senior citizens in the airport. NOTE- The 30 days VOA is only till the 31st of March. Thailand hasn’t released any info about extending the 30days VOA after 31st March. If they don’t, then Indians will only get 15 days of VOA.

If you’re asking about VOA, that one booking with one name mentioned and plus one, it is ok. You don’t have to upload anything for VOA, just print out the hotel booking information and keep it with you. While filling the application you and your friend can mention the hotel name and it’s address in the VOA application. That will be enough.

If your stay is no longer than 15days, then you can get visa on arrival when you land in Chiang Mai(If it’s a direct flight). If you first land in Bangkok, then you can get the visa on arrival in Bangkok itself. Get the following in order to get the VOA. 1. Passport 2. One passport size photo 3. Return flight ticket 4. Hotel booking confirmation for your entire stay 5. 2200 baht in cash. 6. You can download the VOA form and fill it beforehand or you can fill it at the VOA counter.

Sorry Nanba. My entire Trip in Thailand, have only stayed in Hostels. So cannot recommend hotels.

Hi. 1. If asked it’s 10,000 baht per person. 2. Yes, 2200 baht person is the visa on arrival fee. 3. I don’t know about Thailand to Malaysia land border crossing, as I haven’t done it. Make sure your Malaysian visa is accepted when you come from Thailand.

You don’t need bank statement as financial proof for VOA Thailand. If they ask you(they didn’t ask me or anyone who came along with me on the same flight) a credit card or 10,000 baht is enough. Rest of the things which I have mentioned in the video are required.

Visa On Arrival form nu onnu airport la irukkum. VOA vaanganumna adha fill panni kodukanum. If you want to save time, you can download that form online and keep it ready when you land in Thailand, so that you don’t have to waste time at the airport filling the form among the crowd.

Hi Thiru. As long as you’re holding an Indian Passport, you can simply arrive in Thailand for a visa on arrival. VOA form will be available at the visa counter.

For a smoother visa on arrival, it is best to carry the 4x6 photo. Sometimes they accept any passport size photo, but when they decide to be strict, they’ll make you take a new one which will be expensive inside the airport.

I don’t know the different types of paper used in studio. Simply put, go to a photo studio and ask them to take a 4X6 Thailand Visa Photo. That’ll work. You can download the form and fill it beforehand for a quicker process. Glue your photo to the form. Make sure you enter all the fields with correct information including the flight number.
