Here she must have used the readymade thaliipeeth flour which will have three or four types of multigrains toasted and grinded together with some spices
If you use belan for thalipeeth it will not taste the same and you really can't use a belan. My mother in law made puran polis and north Karntaka style roti which had layers ie she knew how to use belan. But she never used belan for this dish
@@FoodandFrolic no you are just putting too much aesthetic vibes...which makes it look nautnaki wala khana....it's a very simple recipe...cook it in Indian way...don't just copy them..
@@kanishthabala9662 copy whom? are you saying I should make my videos less aesthetic? I made the dish exactly the way my mom prepares it, haath se dough banake and spread karke. If you still find it nautanki because I’ve tried to present it nicely toh kya bolu main. Am extremely open to positive criticism, if you have any.
@@FoodandFrolic I don't know....may be you come from a very high class...you all people use butter paper to spread the dough.....for me it was full of nautnki...and yes you are on social media...I just expressed what I felt.
