Now I can see why you stopped months ago. The Thames riverside is not as pleasant as it is upstream from Datchet. I guess it's more vehicles, business/industrial buildings and noise from now on. :-(

You might be surprised how peaceful and pleasant the Thames can still be in many places, even as you head inside the M25.
