I’ll be the devil’s advocate la….but is he wrong if Sne agreed to have the father of the child pay damages at her maternal home - which automatically means the father was claiming the baby, owning paternity to have the child be called in his surname - is Mseleku wrong for not wanting to step on toes because culturally the child can be called in his father’s surname, since he claims they eventually paid damages- especially if he doesn’t even know what was agreed upon in these talks that were had with Sne’s maternal side of the family? Culturally….he is not in the wrong. That child being called a Mseleku may cause even bigger problems if truly the damages were paid.
