because china and usa funded NGOs will file a case in court to stop the project for causing damage to environment. if gov takes strict action against such NGOs, Modi ji will be branded as "Dictator" by western media.

What is the use of building these civic facilities and taxing the users at huge toll tax of Rs 500 plus per toll booth. In India almost 80% people are living leisurely life and only 15% people live rush and run life. In our small town people spend 4 hrs plus to travel from village to small town for work or so and feel no shame of wastage of time. Toll of Rs 100 or so is okay but toll is increased every year adding to the taxkhor Finance minister who is taxing savings and social welfare insurance and development. Time is not far away if we will be taxed for water released from Dams. This is total bakwas
