I'm not exactly sure when I started watching your videos, but they changed me. I loved seeing your newest video everytime a new one came out, I looked forward to it when there wasn't a new one. I sort of stopped watching, but you were a huge influence on me, and you helped me grow into the person I am today. I'm 21 now, I kinda stopped playing games to focus on work and moving up in the world. Found this video recommended to me for some reason and decided to say hello to a big part of my childhood. Hearing that "you aren't kids anymore" hit me real hard not gonna lie. Think I need to take a step back and enjoy things a bit more. Appreciate it man. On to greater things!

2:25 ... he's right. I'm 17 now. I never really wanted to acknowledge it but yeah. I'm not a kid anymore. I'm not the same as I was all those years ago. I loved Dantdm as a creator and he helped me grow up. I don't watch him as much but I treasure the moments I would run home and just watch his videos. Dan was a massive impact on so many of my old friends. He reminds me of all the good times when I was a kid, me and my best friends would spend time watching his videos. all theorizing all sorts of stuff about his stories. now, I know I'm old. I'm not a kid. I spend a lot of time reminiscing on the past. who I was before, how I changed. I'm not the same person I was 10 years ago. I'll always love the times but we are different than we once were. We all changed over the years. we've all grown up together, while we started similar, we all walked different paths. Some of us better than others. We aren't the same as we were all those years ago. We've grown up. We're aren't kids anymore.

It feels so weird scrolling through the playlists section of your channel. I see how it is now and as i scroll i can see different little “time stamps”; FNAF, job simulator, roblox, subnautica, and the Minecraft mod reviews just to name a few. I’m 14 so i wasn’t able to stick around for the full ride, but it is amazing to see how much you’ve changed in the time that I’ve been watching you. I think that’s pretty cool!
