what I mainly see in other countries is that people and children put their hands everywhere like here in this video, the ground and they do everything with their hands without cutlery and then eat from it or they serve food to other people. Sorry, but I find this incredibly gross and unsanitary.
It doesn't really matter, these people must have way better immune systems than us people in the west who are constantly washing our hands, our bodies were created to handle all kinds of diseases so please don't apply your hygiene standards to someone else.
