Hello Keith, haven't seen anything from you in awhile, so I looked your channel up to see if I just missed something, I guess you haven't posted for a while and I was just wondering if you are going to do anymore videos? I really enjoyed your post it was like we were hanging out in shop kinda learning some of this together. If your not going to post anymore it would be a real loss but I know how life gets in the way. could you by any chance look and see how the sleeve comes off that the output shaft seal rides on? (KZ1000J) the one between the front sprocket and the bearing. mine has been gouged at some point and i need to replace it and cant seem to get it off. press fit maybe?

@@TheAmateurBikeBuilder you never took it off in that video. you can see in part 7 when you set the whole shaft on the bench its still in place. Just rewatched part 4 to make sure you didn't just put it back into place without me catching it and at least on camera it never shows you taking it off.
@@michaeldeflorio4454 Probably left it on so i wouldn't lose it, i have it still in the tub in the garage, will check it tomorrow and let you know, am sure it just slides of, but will confirm it for you
@@michaeldeflorio4454 Hey Michael, not good news i'm afraid, mine doesn't move either, so checked the manual and you need a puller to get it off but looks like the whole shaft need to be out of the bike to do it, which means engine stripdown, if you are in the UK , to be sure give Phil a ring at Z-power, there is not much he doesn't know about kwackers, sorry couldn't help more than that
