We're going to go with a Narragansett heritage turkey for the first time. We were debating the price for a much smaller turkey, but considering we don't eat all the regular turkey anyway, it seems like a better choice to go with a bird that was raised ethically outside of a toxic environment for such a special dinner.
or you could just shoot your own Rio Grand Turkey, as range free as possible and dark as the night. THANK YOU TEXAS FOR GREAT FOOD THAT DOESN'T COST $200 per bird.
