Have you seen the rest of the series? The school kids 'why didn't you stay and fight' the man collecting his benefits 'if you don't like it go back to your own country', the fact his family have to stay in Germany and Sami in England? Or season 2s 'yes we know it's been 6 months since your interview, we don't know how much longer...well it could take 3+ years' or 'you're in England, speak English' and the 'are you in ISIS' questions smattered across both? Also this isn't a show broadcast across the world for hopeful refugees, it's a show in the UK for a UK audience to explain that these things happen and we can be human and help the crappy situation or we else just let these people struggle through a flawed system confused and alone.
